New Community Network is a christian charity based around the work of New Community Church in Southampton and the surrounding region. Our activities include work in education and the relief of poverty.

To relieve the needs of people living in the areas of Blaenau Gwent and Caerphilly who are disadvantaged by reason of age, ill-health or disability, by the provision of support, assistance, facilities, amenities and services to such people in respect of their housing and surrounding environment.

The award of grants for (I) the relief of persons in need though poverty, age, chronic sickness or disability (whether physical or mental) and in particular the relief of such persons by the provision of housing and associated facilities, amenities or services; and (2) research into subjects that impact on (1).

The Charity provides residential care for women and men who have served in the Armed Forces of the Crown and women and men who can be considered to be or have been dependent on a man or woman who has served in the Armed Forces of The Crown. The Charity also offers Day Respite Care to men and women living locally.

THE CHARITY ALSO OFFERS DAY RESPITE CARE TO MEN AND WOMEN LIVING LOCALLY.

Holy Trinity is a large church in the centre of Hull. We provide spiritual activities for the benefit of the community. We minister to people from the whole of the area but also provide specific material help to homeless people in the city centre

We are a leading food insecurity, homelessness, and community well-being charity. Our main services aim is to reduce food insecurity by providing a foodbank and network of community shops. Reduce homelessness by providing supported living accommodation. Improve our community's wellbeing by delivering evidence-based interventions and advocating and campaigning alongside our community.

The Trust arranges primarily but not exclusively for restaurants to ask their customers in the months of November and December to provide a voluntary ?1 (one pound) per table contribution. This has been extended to Hotels asking customers for ?1(one pound) per stay contribution

We have been supporting people who work or have worked in printing, packaging and publishing since 1827. Our charitable aims include promoting independence, protecting dignity and furthering skills. We meet our aims through providing financial, emotional and practical support, including a free 24/7 helpline, and working with industry partners to champion the sector's emerging talent.

Citizens Advice 1066 provides information, advice and guidance on the full range of advice issues, including debt, employment rights, benefits, housing and consumer issues. The service is free, confidential, impartial and independent. As well as giving advice we campaign to get policies changed. This is based on the experience and needs of our clients.

We support people living in Medway affected by homelessness, financial hardship & food poverty. We deliver our support holistically through free foodbanks, community soup kitchens & school uniform banks on top of a wide range of other food initiatives & services. We have charity stores, recycling programmes, inclusive volunteering schemes and a selection of other free health & wellbeing services.

As an almshouse charity we are committed to providing quality accommodation for retired people who want to maintain their independence.

The Lantern is an independent charity, founded in 1983 which seeks to benefit vulnerable and marginised people in the Weymouth and Portland area through its resource centre and by working closely and professionally with other agencies. The Lantern offers a range of services including advocacy,housing, benefits advice, counselling, support groups, crisis response, frontline practical support.

The objects of the charity are to develop the community wealth of east London and promote a diverse and inclusive society in which all are free to participate. These are achieved by making significant grants and by its role as a Registered Social Landlord.
