WE SUPPORT ORPHANAGE WORK IN HUNGARY & HAVE GROUPS OF CHILDREN FROM HERE TO STAY, GIVING THEM ENGLISH LESSONS AS PART OF THEIR EDUCATIONAL VISIT. WE RUN AND MANAGE A WAREHOUSE IN HARROGATE AND YORKHIRE, DISTRIBUTING TO PEOPLE IN NEED.

Provision of 10 Homes with garden area for people of reduced means who have links with Sheffield and the United Reformed Church or Continuing Congregational Churches in Sheffield.

The Charity provides accommodation for elderly people in need. Gardening and general repairs are carried out in return for a weekly maintenance charge.

The Charity provides 7 homes for residents in peaceful, maintained gardens.Residents live rent free and make a modest contribution towards heating bills and the fabric. Each unit has an allotment if required. The Charity is independent and receives no regular financial help.Local organizations have helped with renovation and restoration programs.

Advance Christian religion, relieve need, in particular by support of the Missionaries of the Poor, a registered charity based in Jamaica, by donations of money and in kind, providing food shelter clothing medical treatment and education to those in need of all ages including the destitute, indigent, homeless, diseased and people with a physical or mental disability.

Provision of housing for people in need who are residents of Alcester Warwickshire

The Hope Memorial Trust, founded in 1932 operates a 32 bed self catering hostel near Keswick in Cumbria. It provides facilities which enable schools, youth groups, community groups, and families to benefit from the educational and recreational opportunities provided by the Lake District.

To supply and maintain six Almshouses in Peterchurch to accommodate six elderly ladies from the parishes of Peterchurch and Clifford in Herefordshire.

The main activities are to provide accommodation for those who qualify under the trust deed.

The trust comprises three self-contained single floor cottages known as the almshouses, which are for aged and deserving poor single persons or couples who are communicant members of the Church of England. There are additional charity funds which augment the income of the almshouses. Annie Pim, Theodore Pim, and ER Stoneham are collectively known as the Crayford Ecclesiastical Charities.

Provision of subsidised housing

A range of services are provided to support and enhance Christian family life in the Manchester Diocese and overseas. Financial and practical aid assists needs in schools, hospitals, hostels for the homeless, for elderly individuals in parishes,the diocese and where there is urgent need overseas.

Providing accommodation for elderly people over the age of retirement who are unable to house themselves.
