The principal activity of The Project is to run a Drop-In Day Center at its operational address and to provide practical, supportive and empowering services to vulnerable people.

The Charity provides facilities in Sheffield City Centre for a wide range of organisations and charities who support some of the most vulnerable in the city including asylum seekers and the homeless.

Supports the work of the Dohnavur Fellowship in India which runs a children's home and a rural hospital. It provides for retired missionaries who had given their lives to this work without salaries.

The Trust supports deserving charitable causes that the Trustees think are doing particularly worthwhile activities generally but not exclusively located within the home counties of England with particular focus on Surrey and West Sussex. The Trust also supports the arts through funding musical organisations particularly those with an involvement in contempory music.

Saheli is an asian women's refuge that provides safe temporary accomodation to asian women and children fleeing domestic violence.

Supports members of English Province and Sisters of wider Congregation of the Daughters of Jesus, together with the various works they undertake, at home and abroad. In the English Province, this includes pastoral care of the elderly, the isolated and those in need, as well as the advancement of the Roman Catholic religion through the Sisters' witness of their life and prayer together in community

Home-Start in Suffolk l believes that every parent should have the support they need to give their children the best possible start in life. Through our team of volunteers we provide support, friendship and practical help to any family who is going through a difficult time.The scheme also provides family group services.

We provide support and accommodation for people affected by Domestic Abuse. We offer temporary accommodation in a safe and supportive refuge where women and their children can recover from the traumatic effects of Domestic Abuse and make informed choices. We also offer a range of community services, courses and counselling to support women to rebuild their lives after abuse.

Heathrow Travel-Care is the Independent Crisis Social Work Agency for Heathrow Airport. Qualified social workers assess, advise, advocate, signpost re issues including mental distress, disability, homelessness. Also: safeguarding children/vulnerable adults, planning with/for vulnerable Britons returning from abroad, coordination of Initial Humanitarian Assistance at Heathrow following emergencies.

We run activity clubs and activity week-ends, undertake weekly home visits and work with schools and community groups to build trusting and lasting relationships with vulnerable children and young people.

Raising funds for the Shalva Centre in Jerusalem, Israel. Shalva provides a respite home for children with severe mental and physical disabilities.

Hackney Doorways operates night shelters for homeless people in the Hackney area. We provide emergency shelter and support to people experiencing homelessness, and help them move into longer term accommodation.

Providing support to families in need, particularly mothers fleeing domestic abuse. Providing recovery support from substance misuse dependancies to women and accommodation whilst this support is offered. Providing support & education services to non-resident beneficiaries through a range of farm-based skills development and confidence building activities.

To alleviate the conditions of life amongst people who are caring for the elderly, sick, disabled or otherwise infirm persons at home.

HOPE supports those who are, or are in danger of becoming, homeless. Our Crisis Services include Nottinghamshire?s only directly accessible Emergency Accommodation Hostel, where someone can knock on the door and get a bed for the night. HOPE operates move-on supported accommodation for those ready for a place of their own. We also offer a support service to those in danger of losing their home.

HOME-START BIRMINGHAM OFFERS PRACTICAL AND EMOTIONAL SUPPORT TO FAMILIES WITH YOUNG CHILDREN, PROVIDING A LIFELINE TO PARENTS AND CHILDREN IN THE BIRMINGHAM CITY COUNCIL AREA.SUPPORT IS FREE, CONFIDENTIAL AND NON-JUDGEMENTAL, AND THE QUALITY OF THIS IS MAINTAINED BY WORKING TO NATIONAL STANDARDS.
