The Food Chain ensures people living with HIV in London can access the nutrition they need to get well, stay well and lead healthy, independent lives. Our tailored support is delivered by volunteers and includes the most appropriate package of home-delivered meals, groceries, nutrition and cookery classes and communal dinners.

Our vision is that everyone in our community has a place called home. Our mission is to eradicate rough sleeping, to support those without a permanent home to achieve one and to prevent homelessness. The objects of the Charity are to provide relief and support for the homeless in Oxfordshire in such exclusively charitable ways as the charity trustees think fit.

ACT!'s primary aim is providing relief to people in need, in particular offenders, ex-offenders, the homeless, asylum seekers and people suffering from addiction or mental illness.

IAC is an independent advice service that provides support and guidance on statutory rights and entitlement to local residents. Areas of advice include; welfare rights, housing, debt. Advice is given from basic level up to specialist casework. In addition the organisation provides training and volunteering opportunities to individuals interested in developing advice skills.

Our charity offers Home Care services to frail elderly individuals, enabling them to live independently in their own homes. We provide a variety of classes at our centre, including Chinese calligraphy, Chinese medicine workshops, chair yoga, and a table tennis club, fostering personal well-being. We also operate a Saturday Chinese school for children, teaching Mandarin and Cantonese.

Making grants towards the relief of financial hardship, education, training and for medical needs including grants to other charities and community organisations.Also providing dwellings (almshouses) and supporting the residents who live them.All above activities are limited to an area of benefit which corresponds with the LocalGovernment area administered by the City of Ely Council

Primary healthcare and holistic support for those who are homeless or in insecure accommodation. Nurse-led clinics; smoking cessation; showers; provision of toiletries and food; a laundry service; cooked meals; a computer suite; a craft and activities room; and a range of occupational and therapeutic activities to build skills and confidence.

Crossroads Care Staffordshire Limited's main aim is to support Carers in their caring role.-This is achieved through the provision of a respite service, usually within the carer's own home, provided by trained Care Support Workers.

Promote the relief of persons who are in poverty, sickness and distress by the provision of advice and support to voluntary and other agencies on the finance, development and management of housing and related schemes and services intended to support such individuals.

To clothe, feed and provide linked up welfare services to statutory agencies to those who identify as rough sleeping or homeless under the Housing Act 1996.

The Sussex Snowdrop Trust - Care at Home for local children with life-threatening or terminal illnesses, providing nursing, emotional and financial support for the children and their families

We provide support for disadvantaged families with children up to eighteen years old. Volunteers visit their allocated families in their own home on a regular basis providing friendship, support & practical assistance. Group activities for parents & children are run in different venues & often in conjunction with other agencies. We also run a Child Contact Centre for absent parents.

To advance Christian religion in Southampton and elsewhere in the United Kingdom by proclaiming and furthering the gospel of god concerning his son Jesus Christ our Lord and the preaching and teaching of uncompromised word of God ("The Gospel"); and to provide ministry to the homeless in Southampton and elsewhere by the provision of food, clothing and counselling.

This Charity administers 67 almshouses at Church Green Off St. Margarets Road Lowestoft. These almshouses are a warden assisted sheltered housing complex for the elderly

OUR ACTIVITIES INCLUDE A FREE ADVICE SERVICE, A PRE-SCHOOL / OUT OF SCHOOL CLUB, A HOLIDAY CLUB, A YOUTH CLUB, COMMUNITY GROUPS FOR ALL AGES, A CREDIT UNION BRANCH, A HOUSING PROJECT , A COMMUNITY PANTRY AND VOLUNTEERING OPPORTUNITIES.

We operate as a supportive family to enable those who are excluded, particularly through homelessness, to start new lives. Our vision is to make homelessness history. With our partners, we creates places to belong, develop skills and find meaningful employment. Our approach of fostering and promoting "the heart of family" brings acceptance, belonging, dignity and self-worth.

Maintenance of Barnards Farm in West Horndon, Essex which is the home of The National Malus (Crab Apple) Collection and provides meeting and seminar facilities for other charitable and educational organisations. General charitable activities mainly to local organisations and individuals, often of a Christian nature. Very limited funds available after meeting costs of own activities.

The charity's Objects are the relief of need and poverty of homeless people in Harrogate and district by providing accommodation, education, training, personal development opportunities, counselling, mentoring and advice.

The trust core principal activity is Christ Centred Church undertakings and secondly activities are services to humanity and general local community. Our Community Youth Programme specialises in Education, Training and Personal Development within the community.We operate homeless programme for individuals from various backgrounds/communities and with Governmental Agencies and Hospitals.

Since 2001 The Porch has provided a place of safety, change and challenge for Oxford's homeless and vulnerably housed single adults. Through our support work, our cafe serving nutritious subsidized meals, and our range of activities we help members find somewhere to live, reconnect socially, increase self-esteem, acquire new skills, make a contribution and gain employment.
