To rescue, rehabilitate and re-home in appropriate supported homes, ex-racing greyhounds who come into our care. All homings are vetted and supported for the life of the dog.

We are an inclusive competitive community swimming club offering swimming, water safety and physical activitity sessions from beginner, development and performance level. We deliver our services in London Borough of Hounslow for local people. Our National Governing Body is Swim England and we are an affiliated club with SwimMark Accreditation.

Fullfilling the Charity's objective to promote and advance agriculture and horticulture for the benefit of the public in Penistone & surrounding areas the Society holds a one-day agricultural show and supports and works with a number of local charitable organisations to enable it to bring the show to the public.

To administer Aberporth Village Hall and the lands it owns for the benefit of the local population.

Information, advice, advocacy and social and leisure activities including health and wellbeing, mental health and counselling with focus on asylum seekers, refugees and migrant.

A variety of activities are available including - IT Training, Internet Access, Support Groups, Over 50's Lunch Club, Ladies & Mens Night, Beauticians Course, DJ'ing, Chair Repair project, Table Tennis & BadmintonA hall & different sized conference rooms available for hire. Our Charity provides opportunities for disadvantaged inner city children to enhance their life chances through sailing.

The club has agreed and in place a sports development plan. Key actions are to further develop playing and training facilities for the wider community (a all weather training area was opened in January 2008) and to expand membership and community use.

A.P.P.L.E.is based in Acton, which includes highly deprived wards within the LB Ealing. A.P.P.L.E. is based at the ART BLOCK in Acton Park. Our purpose is to support the lives of children and young people by providing free, open access recreational, educational and creative opportunities.

The advancement of the amateur sport of basketball in Northamptonshire and the surrounding area for the public benefit by the provision of:1) Facilities for participation in the sport of basketball 2) Advancing education and promoting community participation in healthy recreation3) Providing grants and bursaries to increase community participation in basketball
