BOXFORD VILLAGE HALL IS PRIMARILY A PLACE FOR LOCAL GROUPS AND CLUBS TO HIRE FOR VARIOUS PURPOSES INCLUDING INDOOR SPORT, DRAMA AND OTHER LEISURE AND COMMUNAL ACTIVITIES. THE HALL IS ALSO AVAILABLE FOR HIRE TO INDIVIDUALS AND ORGANISATIONS FOR FUNCTIONS AND EVENTS

The charity provides a facility for local residents to undertake a variety of activities ranging from childcare, sports, dance, club and other recreational functions.

Purposes of physical and mental training, recreation and social, moral and intellectual development through the medium of reading and recreation rooms lectures classes and entertainments or otherwise for the benefit of the inhabitants of the Parish of Bicton on the County of Shropshire and its immediate vicinity without distinction of sex or of political religious or other opinions.

We provide a clean safe community centre, with disable access, a disabled toilet complete with baby changing facility, and an adjoining open field containing a youth shelter, basketball net, a football practice wall, a football pitch, cricket square, and two tennis courts with floodlights, which are available for use by all sectors of the community.

The promotion and advancement of the aesthetic education of the public, the cultivation, appreciation, study and preservation of the decorative and fine arts.

Provide a village hall for hire by organisations and individuals for private, social and public entertainment purposes.

We are a Youth Centre open for any young person aged 13 - 25 years in the Adur Area. Activities at present include: Sports i.e. football, table tennis, pool, dodge ball; arts and crafts, dance, music, tv, junior leader training, educational training.

Village hall offering space for activities for those within the village and surrounding areas. Typical usage is: clubs, sports, meetings, parties, voting etc. hall is hired out at rates depending on activity.

The charity built and maintains the village hall and playing fields on leased land at Didmarton for use by the local community. It also runs community events and supports local clubs and associations such as the cricket club and the playgroup.

We are a friendship club hosting weekly socials and lunch, meeting every Tuesday in Bodmin. We also arrange trips, events, entertainment, regular Bingo and guest speakers.

The chair provides recreational and social activity for its members by rehearsing and giving performances to the public to encourage the appreciation of male choral music and to raise funds for local charities.

We provide rooms for hire by the general public and organisations for, dancing, parties, concerts, craft fairs, car boot sales, sports such as Judo, short mat bowls, adult education classes,lectures, recreation, art and business meetings etc.

Our village hall is warm and comfortable with a popular social club, opening at weekends and bank holidays raising vital funds. The hall hosts a weekly coffee morning, plus classes such as woodcrafters, pilates and Zumba. A bi-weekly baby and toddlers group. A book exchange venture is also proving popular plus a local Chiropody clinic.

The charity works in Maidenhead Berkshire.The object of the charity is to provide or assist in the provision of facilities in the interests of social welfare for recreation or other leisure time occupation of individuals who have need of such facilities by reason of their youth, with the object of improving their conditions of life.

The Village Hall is hired out to the local and wider communicty for private functions and also for community activites (WI, Keep Fit, Gardening Club, Dancing, Yoga, Parish Council Meetings, Mums and Tots, Short Mat Bowls to name a few)

Provision of Hall and Recreation Ground for use by all local Clubs and Societies and the general public.

SOPA provides a 32 bed outdoor activity centre on the outskirts of Oldham, in greenfield Saddleworth.

The trust says that the premises shall be for the purpose of physical and mental recreation and social, moral and intellectual development for the benefit of the inhabitants of the parish of Austwick and its immediate vicinity. The charity serves the local community by maintaining the trust premises and equipment to provide both a meeting place and opportunities for diverse groups and activities.

To promote the benefit of the inhabitants of Buckland ward, in Dover, and the neighbourhood without distinction of sex, political, religious, or other opinions by working with partners and the inhabitants in a common effort to provide facilities in the interests of social welfare for recreation and leisure-time occupation to improve the quality of life of said inhabitants.

The object of the Centre is to provide facilities in the interest of social welfare for recreation and leisure-time occupation so as to improve the conditions of life for the elderly in South Croydon. It is open Monday and Thursday of each week and provides a range of social and stimulating activities and occasional outings, and offers a hot meal each day. Transport is arranged for the less able.

Provision of premises for the use of residents of Pattingham and the neighbourhood for recreational, educational and charitable purposes.
