Lawrence Weston Community Farm is a community-managed project that aims to improve the quality of life for local people and its service users by working with local people and others to provide a range of innovative, exciting, educational, environmental and recreational activities in Lawrence Weston.

Berkshire County Sports Club promotes community participation in healthy recreation through the provision of facilities for a range of sports. These include football and rugby pitches, cricket, tennis and squash courts, and an all-weather hockey/football pitch. All are available for use by members of the Club, as well as other sports clubs, schools, community organisations and the general public.

The Discovery Sailing Project is a Scout based organisation, headquartered on the River Hamble. We provide Offshore Sail Training in 3 coded yachts to young people and those with visual or audio impairment, either as individuals or in groups. The aim of the Association is to establish or secure a community centre and promote the benefit of the residents of Sherfield Park and the Neighbourhood in a common effort to advance education, to provide facilities in the interests of social welfare for recreation and leisure time occupation with the underlying object of improving the conditions of life for the said residents and neighbourhood.
