We give help, support and advice to those struggling with their mental health by offering weekly peer support groups and online and face to face mental health campaigns to reduce stigma. We also deliver mental health talks to volunteer organisations, sports clubs and male dominated work environments and react to those in crisis situations to help them access professional services.

The charity promotes the science, practice and art of horticulture with special reference to the conditions pertaining in the Lake District. It also aims to promote and facilitate co-operation between horticultural organisations and serve the interests of all horticulturalists.

We have youth activities in our church building, where we can offer sports and activities to the local youth. We also have events to provide financial relief to local families, offering free food and legal services. We reach out to homeless people across London providing with day to day necessities and helping them to leave the streets. All the work we is done by our group of our volunteers.

Deliver Godwin Lawson Foundation annual leadership programme to develop the life skills of youths aged 11- 19 in the Enfield/Tottenham area of North London to restore hope, optimism and their self-esteem. Organise GLF memorial football tournament to provide opportunities to participants to challenge and explore the issue of territoriality and its impact on young people.

The charity owns and runs a community centre which has an indoor sports hall with two badminton courts of international size. It accommodates short mat bowls - 6 rinks, indoor football & basketball. There is stage area and lighting and a separate, 40 seat meeting room, kitchen and toilets. The main hall seats up to 250 for functions, conferences, wedding receptions & dances.
