Promotes all aspects of swimming for people with disabilities. It uses The Halliwick Concept.

The Sea Cadet Corps (SCC) aims to help young people towards responsible adulthood by encouraging valuable personal attributes and high standards of conduct, using a nautical theme based on the traditions of the Royal Navy. Specific activities include all forms of boatwork, leadership and inter-personal development through teamwork, seamanship skills, engineering, catering and sports.

Provides facilities for recreation for groups to meet on a regular or occasional basis. 38 various activities

A village hall for the use of the inhabitants of south Petherton and neighbourhood in the county of Somerset without distinction of political religious or other opinions including use for meetings, lectures and classes and for other forms of recreation and leisure-time occupation with the object of improving the conditions of life for the said inhabitants.

The provision of the hall for all inhabitants of Whitchurch and neighbourhood for meetings, lectures, classes and other forms of recreation and leisure time activities.

Fundraising with a dance mini sports day.

B.G.C.A. provide creative and activities for all ages and abilities in the Hull area, which include pottery, art and crafts, a large community garden,food chain project, musical projects which include music and movement and our own skiffle band also the more traditional activities carpet bowls, karate, 55+ club, line dancing and work on a daily basis with excluded young people

Run, operate & maintain Rimpton Village Hall in order to offer recreational/sporting facilities for the local community.

The hall is becoming popular for christenings and parties for young children, which has increased our income. Recreational activities continue, with the regular user groups.

The promotion and advancement of the education of the public in the cultivation, appreciation and study of the decorative and fine arts; the conservation and preservation of the artistic heritage of the United Kingdom and other countries for the benefit of the public; and the advancement of the arts, culture and heritage, in particular, but without limitation, the decorative and fine arts.

Recreational Activities

The field is used by the following clubs;-? cricket, football. Other events organised by the committee vary from quiz nights to race evening and themed nights. Bingo nights are held on a regular basis and, this aside the pavilion is let out to various organisations and private functions at a nominal rate.

Girlguiding Greater London Kent has over 4,000 members meeting in over 240 units, usually on a weekly basis. As well as weekly meetings, our members take part in external activities, sleepovers, camps and international trips.Through County organised events we encourage our young people to make the most of the outside which includes a partnership with Beckenham rugby, Kent cricket and the RSPB.

Activities relating to scouting ie Hikes, camping, climbing, Faith, environment, for all children from the age of 6 to 14yrs. This encourages their own personal development and instil skills that make them a valuable asset to the community.

The charity provides a recreation field for the playing of sports and public open space for recreation by the residents of Scot Hay and the General public. We also provide a building and facilities for various recreational and social uses by the residents of Scot Hay and the General public.

We provide facilities for members of the Centre to participate in the purchase of alcohol and the various recreational pursuits available in the Centre. We also have a large screen television for enhanced viewing by the members.

Social / entertainment / focal meeting point for village / facility to hire for private functions

A village hall used for various hirers within and outwith the village of Flore.Typical regular hirers include Indoor Bowling, Martial Arts, Drama group and visiting theatre companies.

Letting of village hall for regular and ad hoc events and some ball games eg badminton.Planned fund raising activities for the benefit of the village and to ensure adequate funds are available for hall improvements and maintenance.
