The Berwick Stadium Trust aims to provide excellent sporting facilities for the town and surrounding area, particularly but not exclusively for participation by all age groups and abilities in the playing of football.

Grants are awarded to voluntary groups throughout the North West, who provide sports, leisure and health orientated activities for young people. These groups include local sports clubs, scouts, youth clubs and children with special needs. We also provide grants for other charities involved with mountain recreational activities such as footpath repairs, mountain rescue and air ambulance.

The aims of LFC are to allow HM Forces personnel, along with a limited number of civilian Members and others deemed eligible for Membership, an opportunity to obtain flying instruction and recreational flying in light aircraft as economically as possible.
