Within Cheshunt & it's surroundings the advancement of education & in particular that of older people retired from full time work by all means including associated activities conducive to learning & development.The provision of facilities for leisure time & recreational activities with the object of improving the conditions of life for the above persons in the interest of their social welfare.

We provide a wide range of personal and social development activities to children and young people 8-19 years. We deliver 10 group sessions per week across this age range. Some of our activities include, but not limited to cooking, arts & crafts, games & challenges, DJing, football, outdoor activities,volunteering, training, life skills, Duke of Edinburgh Award scheme and more.

The Foundation has a mission to transform the lives of young Africans through sustainable cricket and education activity in East Africa. To achieve this it has devised and developed a new programme to ensure that disadvantaged young people from these parts are given the educational, personal and social opportunities that competitive sport - and cricket in particular - can provide.

A community venue for recreation, education and relaxation for all ages within the local community, providing classes from baby weighing clinics to activities for the elderly and all ages inbetween.

The purpose of the charity is the promotion of community participation in healthy recreation by theprovision of facilities, coaching and equipment for athletics.

The principal activity of the charity throughout the year was to advance the evangelical Christian faith as an association of Christian camps, conference centres, churches and individuals.

The Federation oversees 109 WIs throughout Leicestershire and Rutland, organising educational courses in crafts, public affairs, health and wellbeing, sport and other areas, aimed at providing women with the opportunity to maximise their enjoyment of life and involvement in the local community.

Using the medium of sport and education to support disadvantaged young people and vulnerable adults in Plymouth and the surrounding area.

A playgroup for children aged 2 1/2 years - 5 years old. Children take part in a wide range of activities covering the 6 areas of learning, following the early years foundation stage, which typically includes a summer trip to either Cotswold Farm Park or Hatton Park, a Christmas production, an easter egg-stravaganza for parents and children and a sports day.

To benefit the inhabitants of The Meadows Nottingham by associating together the said inhabitants and the local authorities, voluntary and other organisations in a common effort to advance education and to provide facilities in the interests of social welfare for recreation, leisure time occupation with the objective of improving conditions of life for the residents.

CORE is an essential one-stop shop in the village of Calverton, Nottingham offering information, advice and guidance, education and training, leisure courses and activities like Trace Your Ancestors, tutor-led Job Club, office services, book loan, stationery supplies, Hearing Clinic, meeting rooms, Citizens Advice Bureau, Chairbased Exercise and Yoga, Chiropody, Reflexology and Family Law Service.

Supporting young people, vulnerable adults, women, the elderly, those under-privileged and deprived within our community through education, sports, training and enrichment activities.Provision of activities to improve educational attainment, life chances, improving community engagement and cohesion.

At St. Stephens we provide a very wide range of activities including groups for people with special needs, various levels of fitness programmes from seated exercise to aerobics, craft groups, war gaming plus many more. We have a community cafe with meal delivery service available. We have a community food bank for people experiencing financial hardship and we offer suspended meals.

The trustees apply their resources to supporting charities and charitable purposes generally but with priority being given to causes in Cornwall, in particular those connected with people in need and also heritage, the environment, horticulture, the armed services and the arts.

The charity's activities are the provision of facilities for the recreation, entertainment, pleasure, rehabilitation or general life improvement for the infirm, disabled, sick and aged.

A youth facility primarily run as a skatepark and housed in the former Caterham Army Barracks Guards Chapel, a grade II listed building.

Ashburton Swimming Pool CIO run Ashburton Swimming Pool, which is an outdoor, heated swimming pool situated in Ashburton, Devon. Our aim is to ensure the pool can continue to operate so that we can provide swimming facilities to the local area and promote swimming safety.

The charities activities are to provide for Denby Dale and the surrounding neighbourhood premises for meetings, lectures, classes and other recreational activities with the object of improving the conditions of life for the inhabitants.

The Kiln Family Trust is a grant making trust established in 2020 from funds gifted by the Robert Kiln Charitable Trust. The focus for grants are aligned with the interests of the current trustees which are amateur sport, environment, wildlife and conservation, advancement of health and gender equity and empowerment.

The promotion of amateur sport through the development and promotion in participation in rowing by:Promoting participation opportunities for currently under represented groupsSupporting clubs to be more inclusiveAdvancing education and raising awareness on inclusion, equality and diversity across the sport of rowingConducting or commissioning research to support diversity across the sport

The promotion of military efficiency by the provision and support of social, sporting and other facilities for the efficiency and well-being of the members of the Officers' Mess. The objects also extend to making grants to any activity which in the opinion of the trustees is in furtherance of the objectives of the charity.

Provide or assist in the provision of facilities in the interests of social welfare for recreation, education and in particular the playing of association football, for young people with the object of improving their conditions of life.

Sunday Worship for adults & children, Weekly Toddlers, & youth activities. 4 Pilates groups (3 ladies, 1 over 50's) and a men's fitness group. Messy Church for children & adults. We work with the NHS roving team. One leader is chair of the local estate committee and a trustee of a local youth trust. The Church actively supports national and world mission.

Sports club

The aims of the pre school are to enhance the development and education of children primarily under statutory school age by encouraging parents to understand & provide for the needs of their children. Offering appropriate play, education & care facilities for the children whatever their race, culture, religion, means or ability.
