Worksop YFC offers a rural youth club for young people between 10 and 30 years old, providing educational, sporting and social opportunities for members and others in the community.

The hall provides facilities for individuals and local groups to meet, participate in activities, exercise, socialise and access information technology. Activities include art classes, badminton, bowls, dog training, WI, garden club, Friendly Friday lunch club, etc. The Hall is hired out for other local functions and to groups and is accessible to individuals requiring a secure meeting place.

Management of the village hall for the purpose of letting the hall and furniture to the public for private events, meetings and classes in order to meet the costs of maintenance and improvements to the hall. Further events are organised by the management committee to provide a range of social, cultural, educational and physical activity opportunities for local people and to raise further funds.

Organise fund-raising events to cover annual overheads, carry out general maintenance and improvements to the recreation field, together with its surrounding hedgrow and trees, the pavilion and also to increase the recreational facilities for children of all ages, with additional play apparatus.

The charity manages a recreation field in the centre of the village of Ribchester. It is responsible for the facilities on behalf of the local community including repairs, improvement and management of the playing field.

We provide and maintain the facilities and space of the village hall for use by all ages especially supporting the children and the elderly within the village and surrounding areas.

To promote the benefit of the inhabitants of the neighbourhood in association with local authorities and voluntary organisations in a common effort to provide facilities in the interest of social welfare, recreation and leisure time occupation, thus improving the conditions of life for the said inhabitants.

TEFFONT VILLAGE HALL PROVIDES COMMUNITY FACILITIES FOR TEFFONT & THE SURROUNDING VILLAGES. THIS INCLUDES PROMOTION OF THE ARTS, ENTERTAINMENT, EDUCATION & WELL BEING. THE HALL HOSTS FUNCTIONS TO ENHANCE VILLAGE COMMUNITY COHESION SUCH AS COFFEE MORNINGS, QUIZ NIGHTS, JUMBLE SALES & PUB NIGHTS. ITS FACILITIES ARE OPEN TO ALL. IN ADDITION THE HALL IS AVAILABLE FOR HIRE FOR PRIVATE PARTIES.

Provision and maintenance of the recreation ground and village hall

To promote the general purpose of the work of the Young Men's Christian Association Movement for the physical, intellectual and spiritual, fitness, training and well being of youth in accordance with the rules and principles adopted by the National Council of YMCAs. Area of benefit being South West England only.

Local Authority administering the Larsen Recreation Ground for sporting and recreational activities for the residents of Waltham Abbey.

We provide a venue for local groups to meet e.g. Brownies, Rainbows, Yoga Classes, Drama Club, U3A, church groups, Morris Men, Embroidery Group, Fitness classes etc.

The Parish Hall provides facilities for members from the local community & surrounding areas to meet for the benefit of both educational & social purposes. There is a wide range of activities carried out including Art classes, dog training , mother & toddler group, gardening club, clock repairing.

We provide a safe and pleasant enviroment which is used by the Parish Council and local organisations such as, Indoor Bowls Club, Craft Club, Exercise Classes, Toddlers Group and the School etc and for use as a fuction room/s. The Village Hall is also available for Private HIre for Parties and Meetings.

A Village Hall held upon trust for the use of the inhabitants of the Parish of Albourne and local area. Available for hire for meetings, lectures,classes and other forms of recreation and leisure time occupation with the object of improving the life of the local inhabitants.

The objects are to provide for the inhabitants of Sawston and neighbourhood in the interests of social welfare facilities for recreation and leisure time occupation, with the object of improving the conditions of life.

Provides buildings and playing field, tennis court for local community including the elderly,disabled, children. Organises social events to raise funds to maintain the Hall and playing field, all run by volunteers

TO HAVE AVAILABLE A HALL AND FACILITIES FOR THE LOCAL COMMUNITY ACTIVITIES WHICH INCLUDES DANCE TEACHING, EXERCISE CLASSES, THEATRICAL PRODUCTIONS, MONTHLY CHURCH SERVICE, RESIDENTS MEETINGS, EDUCATIONAL CLASSES.

Providing the village hall and its facilities for use by various organisations within the village. Those include Parish Council, Playgroup, W.I., Old Catton Society, Horticultural Society, Rainbows, Brownies, Guides , Yoga and fitness group.

Arranging money making events to cover the running costs of the village hall. Holding classes and being a centre for village participators ie W.I., Gardening Club etc.

Beavers, Cubs, Scouts, Rainbows, Brownies, Guides run from our HQ. Hall & facilities hired to different groups, eg dancing and gardening plus functions for the community of Goring.
