Wanborough Village Hall provide a meeting place for all inhabitants of the Parish of Wanborough without distinction of political, religious or other opinions, including for meetings, lectures and classes and other forms of recreation and leisure-time occupation, with the object of improving conditions of life for the said inhabintants.

Playing field and childrens play area

Organisation of fund raising activities for Broomgrove Infant & Junior Schools. Annual activities include Firework night, Easter Fair and Summer fair, plus ad-hoc activities through out the year. Collection of donations for the operation and upkeep of the school swimming pool.

The management of the war memorial institute building, letting for income and management of village hall and leisure facilities.

Provision of a Village Hall for the use of the inhabitants of the Parish of Alderwasley in the County of Derby without distinction of political, religious or other opinions including use for meetings, lectures and classes and for other forms of recreation and leisure time occupation with the object of improving the conditions of life for the inhabitants.

Provide a sports and recreational centre with facilities for recreation and other leisure time activities.

The provision of assistance for indigent or necessitous persons connected with the Football League and making provision for the education and/or vocational training of any players or ex players of any club.

We provide facilities in a modern building with a kitchen for many local groups. It is open to all regardless of gender, colour, race or creed.All ages are catered for ranging from a baby exercise class run by the local authority, to an over 60's group.

Basketball Academy, Badminton, Barrio Fiesta, Cultural Classes

To promote or assist in the provision of facilities for recreation or other leisure time occupation of children and young people living in the area of benefit.

Parent teacher association. Monies raised help pay for outdoor play equipment, the annual panto visit, sports equipment and kits. Fund raising is mainly via a Christmas bazaar and summer fete.

In accordance with the trust deed the charity provides a 'Non-Sectarian and non-political meeting place for recreation and social intercourse for the benefit of the inhabitants of Chiselborough and of the surrounding district'.

To help promote social and sporting activities within the community of Ashton

We are a volunteer run group with 60+ youths aging between 5 3/4 & 18, many of which are from one parent families. Many suffer from physical ailments, learning & behavioural issues.We fundraise so these children can be included in the activities scouting offers - camping, abseiling, residentials etc which helps to build confidence, self esteem & respect for themselves and others.

The Hall gives the Village a community building which is used for meetings - P.C & other village orginisations. It provides a venue for art & Keepfit classes, entertainment and social events .

EDUCATION + TRAINING OF CHILDREN & YOUNG PEOPLE WITH OR WITHOUT A DISABILITY IN ARTS, CULTURE, SPORT AND RECREATION BY VOLUNTARY STAFF.

Provides Building/Facilities/Open Space to General Public/Mankind in fields of Education/Training, Arts/Culture and Sport/Recreation.

Hire of hall for private functions, childrens parties, lectures, parish council meetings,concerts, live music nights, exercise classes, singing group, dance group, venue for local/national elections, hire of equipment ie tables chairs, crockery to other villages or privately, village celebrations.

Providing Village Hall and recreation ground for the benefit of the parish and immediate neighbouring parishes

Village hall use for local activities including art and dance classes, table tennis, whist, bingo, WI, Chideock Society, village lunch, weddings and quiz nights etc

The Hall is used by local people to run services for the community, eg Dog training classes, Keep Fit Sessions, Child Nursery Classes, Public Meeting Venue etc.Bookings can be made via Mrs.Carter 01773 852681
