THE PROMOTION OF MILITARY EFFICIENCY BY THE PROVISION AND SUPPORT OF SOCIAL, SPORTING AND OTHER FACILITIES FOR THE EFFICIENCY AND WELL-BEING OF THE MEMBERS OF THE WARRANT OFFICERS' AND SERGEANT'S MESS. THE OBJECTS ALSO EXTEND TO MAKING GRANTS TO ANY ACTIVITY WHICH IN THE OPINION OF THE TRUSTEES IS IN FURTHERANCE OF THE OBJECTIVES OF THE CHARITY.

Promoting community participation in healthy recreation in particular by the provision of facilities/services for the playing of football for all age groups with a particular focus on young people and children. Providing opportunities for all to develop their skills, capabilities, social and community understanding and life experiences through sporting and community activities.

The Charity was established to promote the benefit of the inhabitants of Hullbridge by associating together with local authorities,voluntary and other organisations in a common effort to advance education and to provide facilities in the interest of social welfare,for recreation and leisure time occupation,with the object of improving the quality of life for the said inhabitants.

The purpose of the charity is the preservation of Bedford Park in perpetuity by the use of Bedford Borough Council as the Conservators of Bedford Park, as an Open Space for the recreation and enjoyment of the public.

Margam Youth Centre since 1982 has been the the Community Hub for Margam and surrounding areas. Providing leisure and sporting activities for all ages and disabilities."Building Friendships for life" , is our motto. Inclusion Football. Football , Rugby, Basketball, Coffee Mornings,Birthday Parties , Community get togethers , Youth Club, are a few examples of what we provide the community.

Rastrick Junior FC provides facilities for children and young people to play football for the promotion of community participation in healthy recreation. We provide training facilities for young people, aged 6 to 18 years of age and participate in the Huddersfield Junior Football League Our emphasis is on children and young people having fun in a safe, inclusive and welcoming environment.

We provide facilities and activities for education, training, sports and other leisure activities with the object of improving the condition of life for the community. Activities are available in the day and evening and include activities for young people and adults including youth clubs, sporting clubs, education classes, health promotion and rehabilitation and exercise classes.

Provision of sport and recreational facilities

Emsworth Community Association (ECA) manages Emsworth Community Centre for the benefit of all local people. The Centre hosts over 80 different activities each week for people of all ages, from dance and exercise classes through to films, social events, art, adult educational classes and even the Library. ECA is funded mainly by its Members, Fundraising and Room Hire. It was established in 1975.

To promote the benifit of the inhabitants of Warstock, Maypole, Yardley Wood and Highters Heath areas, by working with local authorities, voluntary organisations and inhabitants to advance education and to provide facilities for social welfare, recreation and leisure time occupation at the Warstock Community Centre.

To provide educational, leisure and social activities for children and young people regardless of sex, sexual orientation, race, nationality, ethnic origin, colour, religion or disability in the area of felling and surrounding wards, in order to improve their health, educational attainment and general well being.

PROMOTING, ENCOURAGING PARTICIPATION IN AND PROVIDING OR ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF SERVICES, FACILITIES AND EQUIPMENT FOR GLIDING AND SOARING; AND TO HELP YOUNG PEOPLE TOWARDS RESPONSIBLE ADULTHOOD BY ENCOURAGING VALUABLE PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES AND HIGH STANDARDS OF CONDUCT IN PARTICULAR THROUGH GLIDING AND SOARING AND RELATED ACTIVITIES BASED ON THE CUSTOMS OF THE ROYAL NAVY.

The Trust owns these historic woodland gardens, listed Grade 2*, based on a design by Humphrey Repton which adjoin Antony House, Cornwall (a National Trust property), which are regularly open to the public. The gardens are also used for the purposes of research, with a view to furthering the study and science of botany and the improvement of the methods and practice of horticulture.

We provide activities and new experiences to people in the local community. Activities include toddler groups,women's group.craft club, carpet bowls, Monday lunch club, Mens Group, Coffee Morning, Christmas lunch and will attempt to organise anything else that people are interested in if it is within our budget. Working with young students, who are struggling to engage with mainstream education, on alternative learning experiences including outdoor activities, small animal care, horticultural and workshop projects, to gain life skills, practical learning and support for them to return to full time education.
