Leisure Charities

To provide a village hall for the use of inhabitants of parish of Pidley Cum Fenton in the county of Huntingdon and Peterborough without distinction of political religious or other opinions, including use for meetings, lectures and classes and for other forms of recreation and leisure time occupation with the object of improving the conditions of life for the said inhabitants.

The club is a non-political, non-sectarian group, open to all women whatever their age and interests. The objects of the club are to advance education and provide facilities for recreation/leisure time in the interests of social welfare, to improve the conditions of life for women.

Fund Raising Charity for Holy Family Primary School.Activities include School Fun Day (Summer Fayre), Disco's for the pupils, Jumble Sales, 5 A Side Football event for pupils and other ad hoc fundraising activities

PLYMOUTH PISCES SWIMMING CLUB PROVIDES A PRIVATE SWIIMING SESSION FOR ADULTS AND CHILDREN WITH ANY TYPE OF DISABILITY. FAMILIES AND CARERS ARE MOST WELCOME. WE MEET AT CENTRAL PK SWIMMING POOL OUTLAND RD PLYMOUTH FROM 11AM-1PM ON MOST SUNDAYS DURING THE YEAR.

The organisation of social, sporting, artistic, musical and environmental activities to further the deveopment of the education, health and well being of the pupils of the school. We raise funds from our own activities and act as a vehicle to attract grant funding which can be used by the school.

Lectures on the Arts

Arranging fund-raising events, e.g. Quiz night, Comedy night, Car-boot sales. Managing voluntary donations.Donating money to the school for science, arts & sports activities & the school environment, e.g. Dining Room refurbishment, and supporting a variety of extra-curricular projects to benefit the whole school community.

Activities includes Coffee Mornings, Craft Fairs, Bingo, Quiz Night, the Hall is also host to a wide variety of events arranged through the community, Carpet and Outdoor Bowls, Horticultural Society, Women's Group. also available for hire to the public.

The object of the Trust is to help and education young people, mainly between the ages of 13 to 18 years, through the art and craft of outdoor pursuits, to develop their physical, mental and spiritual capacities, so they may grow to full maturity as individuals and members of society that their conditions of life may be improved.

To provide physical, social and recreational development for the inhabitants of the Parish of Wrestlingworth and the immediate vicinity.

Provision for facilities for locals & local groups. Poetry Group. Alverstone Natural History. Dance classes. Pilates.

EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMSOCIAL EVENTS AND GATHERING TRIPS AND LEISURE

ST. JOHN'S KINGSDOWN VILLAGE HALL, SERVES THE LOCAL COMMUNITY BY PROVIDING FACILITIES FOR LEISURE, LOCAL CHURCH GROUPS, EDUCATIONAL GROUPS AND PRIVATE FUNCTIONS. IN ADDITION THE HALL IS USED TO HOST FUNDRAISING EVENTS IN SUPPORT OF CHARITIES.

Village Hall serving Litlington, Lullington and West Dean parishes. Also used by external organisations on an ad hoc basis. Provides venue for meetings (eg Parish Council), yoga, music and upholstery classes, church and parish parties and events and private children's parties.

ALL ACTIVITIES AS PER SCOUT ORGANISATION, CLIMBING, CANOEING, CAMPING, POTHOLING, ARCHERY, RIFLE SHOOTING, SURVIVAL TRAINING, OUTDOOR PURSUITS, SWIMMING AND ORIENTEERING

Usually activities involving all sections of the community,i.e. rental for classes such as yoga, dog training, band practices, family parties, games evenings,lectures, fund raising for the hall itself and external needy charities, choral works etc.

Community village hall used for educational, social & leisure activities

Maintenance of a sports court for tennis, five-a-side football and basketball. Fixing and collection of membership dues. Promotion of sporting activities in village and environs.

To provide a building for the local community to meet and pursue many and varied opportunities in the field of Education, Leisure, Training, Young People with Disabilities, Spiritualist Church, Sport for Young People, Seniors & Community Clubs including Youth Club, Art, Tai Chi, Aycliffe Day Nursery, Children Art & Craft Workshops & Icing class, dementia friendly building with dementia champions.

Provides the premises for local community activities including sports, leisure, meetings, private functions, drama, dancing etc.

Provision of premises for the use of the villagers of Neen Sollars and Milson:- As a Class Room, Meeting Room, Reading Room, Institute Lecture or Recreation Room; and- For any other Meetings or for any other objects ends or purposes having in view the social or material wants of the said populations of the villagers.

PROVISION AND MAINTENANCE OF A PLAYING FIELD AND RECREATION GROUND

To educate and inform the members of Hartford WI. We have speakers at our monthly meetings and arrange visits to various places of interest.We have several sub groups such as craft, art, walking, history, darts, bowls and music. We give a bursary each year to one of our members to use on a course of her choice.We meet on the 1st Wednesday of each month at Hartford Methodist Church Hall.

Provides building for residents to come to and meet Sure Start Services. Youth club. Judo club. Church groups. Cook and eat sessions. Party bookings. Public mtg's. Job's fare.hire out venue for local resident party.funeral etc service
