To provide a welcoming village hall for the purpose of advancing education, religion, health, the arts, culture and heritage, amateur sport, and youth activities, and to provide a meeting place for local societies, groups and organisations and a venue for recreation and parties.

The provision and maintenance of a village hall for use by the inhabitants of the area of benefit without distinction of political, religious or other opinions, including use for meetings, lectures, classes and other forms of recreation and leisure-time occupation, with the object of improving the conditions of life for the inhabitants.

The object of the Charity is the provision and maintenance of a recreational ground and community centre for the benefit of the inhabitants of the parish of Aldingbourne and the surrounding neighbourhood (the area of benefit) with the object of improving the conditions of life for the said inhabitants

The aim of the Charity is to promote the education of girls and young women to help them develop emotionally, mentally, physically and spiritually so that they can make a positive contribution to their community and the wider world. Somerset County is composed of 10 Divisions. Each of these has numerous units. Weekly guiding activities, camps, crafts and sporting events take place at all levels.

We provide:- A hall for meetings or sports such as badminton or indoor bowls. Kitchen facilities. Small meeting rooms, sports changing and shower facilities. Sports field for football and cricket. We fundraise to upkeep the buildings and facilities; and where possible to upgrade and expand those facilities.

WE ACT AS A CENTRE FOR VILLAGE ACTIVITIES AND AS SUCH WE CATER FOR A RANGE OF ACTIVITIES INCLUDING BADMINTON, BOWLS, DRAMA, DANCING, WI, ETC.

The Charity is a village hall used for the following activities:-Dance classes, carpet bowls, craft sessions, dog training, parent toddler group, and private functions such as weddings, childrens parties, education and other functions mostly related to the local community.

We provide group activities for older people (55 years of age upwards). These range from lunch clubs, tap dance, line dance and exercise classes through to shopping trips and outings

Provision and development of a village playing field for people of all ages. An extensive range of equipment is provided for children and young people together with a skatepark, a small football pitch and a bowling green.

Contributions ?3000 to a new stone built bus shelter, ?1000 to disabled access to village hall, ?200 eradicating Japanese knot weed, Himalayan balsam volunteers, ?500 to Jubilee Fund.?200 to Allotments, ?250 Flood Group storage shed, ?1,000 climbing frame for playarea. Produce village newsletter. Litter picking, lobbying on planning and environment. Maintain amenities e.g. seats, 4 bus shelters.

The Congolese Community Council aims to promote the benefit mainly Congolese any otrher person fron Congolese origin and also African Francophone in Great Britain by association together Congolse people and the local authorities voluntary and other organisations in a common effort to advance education and provide facilities in the interest of social welfare for recreation and leisure time.

Improve recreation, leisure and educational facilities for residents of High Legh, by maintaining and managing Village Hall; organising events for community enjoyment and fund raising in collaboration with local groups - 10K Race, Teas & Competitions; make small grants to local voluntary groups; publish quarterly newsletter, website, Facebook, email-Whats On about High Legh activities

promoting, for the benefit of the people of Portsmouth, particularly, Eastney, Milton and Southsea without distinction or prejudice with agreement of the local authority the advancement of education and to providing facilities in interests of social welfare for recreation and leisure-time occupation with the object of improving the conditions of life for the said inhabitants.

The R.G.O.A. Trust cares for and homes greyhounds for owners of greyhounds that raced at Romford Greyhound when their racing careers are over. The retired greyhounds enter our rented kennels, they are fed & exercised and generally cared for until they can be homed. By advertising in newspapers, notice boards, website etc, we invite the public to visit our kennels and select a suitable greyhound.

Provide sporting and leisure opportunities for people with disabilities

Our main objective is to hire out our hall for as wide a range of activities as possible. We have bookings from mums, tots, playschool, echo (an organisation for the physically and mentally disabled), table tennis, hardy plants society, womans institute, as well as meetings for regular groups, parties and an auction. It is also used for our own fund raising.

Provision of equipment to a range of charities in the West Cumbria area. We do not support sports, the arts, animal charities and do not give cash grants or running expenses.

The Community Centre offers activities to all age groups, our activities include Mother and Toddler Groups, Keep Fit, Scouts, Dance Classes, over 60's Group, Religious Meetings and Martial Arts

PURPOSES OF PHYSICAL AND MENTAL RECREATION AND SOCIAL MORAL AND INTELLECTUAL DEVELOPMENT THROUGH THE MEDIUM OF RECREATION ROOMS RECREATIONS AND ENTERTAINMENTS OR OTHERWISE AS MAY BE FOUND EXPEDIENT FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE PARISH OF FINDON IN THE COUNTY OF SUSSEX AND ITS IMMEDIATE VICINITY WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF SEX OR OF POLITICAL OR OTHER OPINIONS.

We provide the facilities for the whole community. The village hall is available to anybody for hire. Individuals can book the hall for personal use ie weddings, parties etc. Weekly activities include senior citizens meetings, short mat bowls and badminton clubs. The local primary school use the hall for larger functions than the school can cater for, including their Christmas Play.
