The Foundation's strategic aim is to invest in the community by building partnerships with charities across a range of sectors, with a particular focus on charities that use education, art and sport to engender lasting social change.

For at least the first 3 years of grant making, the areas we will be focussing on are (UK based):Newborn & fetal health; Outdoor activity; Conservation; Community projects

The Trust promotes community participation in healthy recreation by providing facilities for:Canoeing, Cycling, Running, Sailing, Dragon BoatingSwimming, Triathlon, Windsurfing, Angling and Model BoatingTo the communities of Rotherham, Doncaster, Barnsley and the surrounding areas.

Provision and maintenance of recreational facilities for the people of Launceston.

The objects of the CIO are to operate a village hall, and related facilities, for use by the residents of the Parish of Llanddarog and surrounding areas, The hall provides a centre for recreation or other leisure time occupation is available for the public at large in the interest of social welfare and with the object of improving the conditions of life of the said inhabitants.

Moorgate Early Years Centre provides a high quality care and facilities for recreation and educational development to those children under statutory school age. We also enhance the development and education of children under statutory school age by encouraging parents to understand and provide for the educational, development and other needs of their children.

4Motion Darlington was setup to provide activities and facilities or biking, skateboarding, scooters and in-line skates. We run bike coaching at West Park bike track and have developed an indoor skatepark facility which was fully opened on 5th April 2014.

The promotion of sport, education, health and inclusion for the benefit of communities in Chester and its surrounding areas using football as a vehicle for change.

We offer senior citizens over 55, snacks, breakfast and midday meals all at nominal cost. Plus recreation activities including short mat bowls, snooker, outings, dances, social and chair exercises. We have an open access policy. There is no membership requirement.

To promote and provide facilities for sport and recreation in the Wirral area in order to improve health and wellbeing, particularly for (but not limited to) young people and those with disabilities.

To prmote and advance for the benefit of the public, agriculture, horticulture and forestry and to promote the improvement of livestock and prevention and eradication of diseases in animals useful to humankind and in particular in the area of Cardigan and District.

Therapeutic and recreational horse riding for disabled people. Recreational and sporting horse riding and stable management. Training to local young adults leading to professional qualifications as riding instructors.

TO ADVANCE EDUCATION AMONG DISADVANTAGED AND/OR VULNERABLE YOUNG PEOPLE AND ADULTS WITH SPECIAL NEEDS BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY THE ESTABLISHMENT AND OPERATION OF A FARM PROVIDING TRAINING AND OTHER EDUCATIONAL FACILITIES IN AGRICULTURE, HORTICULTURE, HOME-CRAFTS, COUNTRY LIFE AND RELATED SUBJECTS. THE PROVISION, IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE, OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE TIME.

The Object of the CIO is to advance education and provide facilities for recreation and leisure time occupation for the benefit of children and young people in Brighton and Hove, particularly those living in the Tarner area and experiencing multiple deprivations with the objective of alleviating the impacts of poverty by developing their physical and mental capacities.

Promote community participation in healthy recreation by providing facilities for football, cricket, rugby, bowls, badminton, tennis, skate boarding and a fitness gym.To help young people from Havercroft and Ryhill area develop as individuals and members of society.Provision of facilities for recreation and other leisure time activities for the public at large in the interests of social welfare.

The main activities offered at our club is football across a range of ages.

TO PROMOTE ANY CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE COMMUNITY IN BIRMINGHAM (HEREIN AFTER CALLED THE AREA OF BENEFIT) IN PARTICULAR AND IN GENERAL NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL, AND ANY OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES WHICH THE THE RELIEF OF POVERTY AND SICKNESS, THE PROMOTION OF EDUCATION AND THE PROVISION IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE OF RECREATIONAL FACILITIES.

The aims of the centre are to provide the youth of Bootle and Sefton area with educational and leisure facilities to help them grow to full maturity as members of society. The centre also embraces the wider Sefton community by providing facilities for recreation and leisure time activity with a view to improving the conditions of life in the area.

GamesAid is a UK video games industry based charity which distributes funds to a range of charities which benefit children and young people.

The Trust manages the swimming pool and hall near the Fairfield car park in Cardigan. It comprises a main pool of 25 x 8 metres and a smaller toddler pool, a public hall used for badminton and other sports activities and a well-equipped fitness suite. The venue is used by many local sports clubs and the trust also organises its own activities and learn-to-swim programme.

We are a swimming club that offer elite coaching and has representation in the Nationals, and International arena. We are on a path to make swimming accessible to all.

Charity provides education and recreation to young people

The advancement of amateur sports to support the provision of community sport in the Craven area and uphold the principles of inclusion. Through the participation of sport across all demographics including minority and disadvantaged groups, we are supporting the benefits of being active which promotes healthy living in the community.

The ownership provision and preservation of Horsell Common and other commons and open spaces for informal recreation and enjoyment of the public at large, the protection of the environment for future generations and the protection and management of habitats for all flora and fauna living on such commons and open spaces.
