We provide facilities for members of the Centre to participate in the purchase of alcohol and the various recreational pursuits available in the Centre. We also have a large screen television for enhanced viewing by the members.

The association aims to: promote public awareness in the nursing care of children and young people, promote optimum standards of nursing care to children and young people at home and in hospital, recognise the needs of parents/carers and offer appropriate guidance, support and comfort and promote nurse education/research in the specialist area of children and young people.

Provision of Village Hall for Educational & Social use by the people of the Parish

The Northern Mine Research Society is dedicated to the preservation and recording of mining history. As such the society makes grants to individuals and organisations in furtherance of these aims, as well as sponsoring or undertaking research itself. Research is published in the British Mining series of journals.

To provide facilities for local community groups as well as advice and information. To encourage conservation and environmental issues in conjunction with these groups and the local heritage trust.

Provision of accomodation for the needy with an emphasis on retired clergy and their dependants, and such other charitable purposes as the trustees shall determine at their absolute discretion.

Flat Friends supports ladies who have had, or are facing mastectomy and who live or are considering living without reconstruction. We support online and in face to face groups. We also liaise with Breast nurses and other professionals to advise them of our services to their patients. We also work to raise awareness among the wider public, to try and change the stigma of living without one, or both

Sports and recreation activities

Providing sporting opportunities for local people through our resident football teams Ingles FC and Broomleys FC. Developing male and female youth teams in conjunction with our resident teams. Maintaining and developing the football ground and social centre. Providing a indoor leisure and activity space for local residents. Providing Mums and Toddlers group and Playgroup for the Thringstone area.

Recreation ground

Assisting the emergency services and local communities in West Midlands, Shropshire, Staffordshire, Warwickshire by providing logistical support. Volunteer drivers donate their time and vehicles to assist in times of need. We provide critical transport when contingency plans fail - such as the transport of nurses through snow to get to patients. We are able to transport people or equipment.

to provide financial assistance to the clergy and their families who are serving in the historic Archdeaconry of Wells. Includes assisting children of the clergy, under the age of 25, by making grants to enable them to earn their living; otherwise providing for their education; providing relief for clergy, their spouses, widows, widowers or other dependants.

The main objects of the League are raising funds to provide facilities, additional to those provided by the NHS Trust, in Bridgwater Community Hospital or for Community Nurses working in the area covered by the Hospital. These facilities include any equipment required or amenities for patients or staff.

To provide sporting ad recreational activities for local inhabitants of the Forest Town area.

FUNDING EXPENSES FOR CLERGY ASSOCIATED WITH ST MARTINS CHURCH DORKING

To raise and apply funds for the restoration expenditure incurred by the Parish Church of Kimpton, Hertfordshire, through the Vicar and Churchwardens.

To relieve sickness and to preserve and protect good health for the public benefit by supporting Mesothelioma cancer patients through such means as the trustees deem appropriate, in particular but not limited to funding a specialist Mesothelioma Cancer Nurse Specialist to work in the Norfolk and/or Suffolk region

We are a traditional brass band operating in Maltby and the surrounding areas. We have a busy schedule of concerts and contests throughout the year. We also run a training band where we offer free tuition to children and adults who would like to learn to play a brass instrument.

Our aim is to specialise in the rescue of sick, injured and orphaned Wildlife. our aim is to nurse them back to health then release them back to the wild.We also specialise in the rescue of Chihuahuas and Chinese other small breed dogs. We take in these 'unwanted' pets and place them in foster homes until a permanent home can be found for them. We do not use kennels

The objectives of the scheme are the provision of facilities for such forms of recreation and other leisure time occupations as are conducive to the improvements of the conditions of living of the inhabitants of Tyldesley and the neighbourhood threeof and in particular (but not exclusively) such of the said inhabitants as are members of the mining community.

Communitas Care currently works in Uganda. It is a faith based charity who work in partnership with the Church of Uganda. The current Trustees have worked in Uganda for twenty years. They support local families, clergy and church schools.
