The charity operates the Pilgrim Bureau, a hostel for pilgrims, and the Slipper Chapel at the site of the Walsingham Shrine as well as shops and a cafe.

Our purpose is to reach people for Christ and as a result we see our role as showing compassion and empathy to all people regardless of their background or religious beliefs.

The charity acts both as a Property Holding Trustee for church property and investments of churches within the Synod and holds the financial information of the Synod's activities.
