In particular but not exclusively by, the provision of a centre for religious worship and ancillary educational activities, fostering brotherhood between Sikhs and all faiths and the preaching, preservation and practice of the Sikh principles which have been laid by the Guru's.

The religious services are provided every morning and evening. Dedicated services on every Saturday afternoon Dedicated services on every Sunday morning until afternoon. We have started Punjabi classes for all ages and future would open maths, English & computer classes.Yoga classes started last year

Sarbat Da Bhala is a Charitable Trust operating out of Derby. Our main activity is to advance the Sikh religion in the UK for the benefit of the public.We aim to establish Sikh Centres of Worship/ Education and to also to provide facilities (such as community Centres) in the interests of social welfare for recreation and leisure time occupation to the local residents.

Primary use is as a Sikh place of worship (Croydon Gurdwara) for regular prayers, education of Gurmukhi, the Sikh religion, music and seva.To provide a community space for community activities for all including the elderly.To assist any member in times of need. To perform lifecycle events such as marriage, funerals, baptisms and celebrate other key dates.To promote interfaith relations.

Apart from a place of worship our charity deliver some educational and advice and support activities. Our charity provide free meal particularly during sunday lunch time. Anybody from any community can access this facility.

Charity provide facilities for practising Sikh religion prayers and services to help community.It also hold celebrations for various festivals and Sikh religious events. It runs musical and Punjabi Sunday schools teaching of Sikh religious script (SRI GURU GRANTH SAHIB)

The main activity of the Gurdwara is to organise religious services consistent with Sikh Rahat Maryada. Guru Nanak Gurdwara is the residence of Sri Guru Granth Sahib, the eleventh and the final living Sikh Guru.The Sri Guru Granth Sahib embodies beside the divine bani of the founder of the Sikh faith Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji, the bani of five more Gurus and of 19 Hindu Bhakats and Moslem Sufis.
