The object of the charity is the advancement of the Anglican Christian religion in particular: by providing residential home accommodation, nursing and other care facilities to members of the public, to members of the convent and to members of the charity; by the promotion and maintenance of public worship; and by the promotion of religious and spiritual teaching.

(a) to advance the Christian religion in accordance with the faith and practice of the Church of England, in particular by furthering the mission of the Church of England;(b) to care for and conserve the fabric and structure of the Cathedral Church building;(c) to advance any other charitable purposes which are ancillary to the furtherance of the purposes referred to in (a) and (b)

The objectives of the Tchabe Kollel are: To advance the Jewish Faith and Jewish Religious education for the benefit of the public and to manage the College of Higher Rabbinical Studies Tiferes Shalom known as the "Tchabe Kollel"To provides grants to qualifying institutions and busaries to qualifying needy families who are involved in the furtherance of the Jewish Faith

A parish church of the Church of England, part of the worldwide Anglican Communion, we maintain regular public Christian worship; provision of sacred space for prayer and contemplation; pastoral work; teaching and debating Christianity through sermons, groups, courses and events. We host a night shelter for the homeless, a free drop-in counselling service, and provide support to asylum seekers.

To act as a mission service agency & produce a monthly missionary magazine. To achieve this we publish news & information about cross cultural mission activity across the world & distribute unsolicited gifts to mission partners, provide pastoral care to our mission partners & seek to encourage interest in mission within the UK.

Missionary Society, promoting mission in the UK, sending and receiving short and long term personnel to and from Africa, Asia, South America, Middle East and Europe. Receiving Support funds for the Missionaries and also seeking funding for varied ministries and projects with which they are involved.

To support the Ministry and Mission of the Church in Wales, particularly in the Diocese of Swansea and Brecon, as carried out through its Bishop, Clergy and Laity.

QVSR, or the 'Queen Vic', as it is more familiarly known, has been the Seamen's Mission of the Methodist Church since 1843, and is now the last remaining maritime charity providing accommodation and support for seafarers in the East End of London. It is also the largest seafaring hostel of its kind in the UK with accommodation for over 170 men.
