THE PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES OF THE CHARITY ARE TO ACT AS OWNER OR AS CUSTODIAN TRUSTEE OF VARIOUS CHARITABLE PROPERTIES, MAINLY USED AS PLACES OF WORSHIP AND SITUATED EITHER IN THE UNITED KINGDOM OR OVERSEAS AND TO ACT AS ADMINISTRATIVE TRUSTEE OF A NUMBER OF CHRISTIAN CHARITABLE TRUSTS INCLUDING THE J.W. LAING TRUST AND THE J.W. LAING BIBLICAL SCHOLARSHIP TRUST.

-propagate the ideology and faith of Sikh religion by means of holy congregation-provide religious instructions to its members and the general public-foster brotherhood between Sikhs in particular and other faiths in general-practice, preach & preserve the Sikh tenets in the manner originally laid down by the Ten Gurus-provide all necassary religious services-promote spiritual wellbeing

Supporting Orthodox Jewish religious education, the advancement of the Orthodox Jewish Religion and the relief of poverty by grant-making to institutions and individuals and allowing the use of a building as a school.

The Said Foundation's mission is to bring positive and lasting change to the lives of children, young people and the wider community through five related programmes: the Said Business School Programme; Humanitarian Programme; Scholarships Programme (financial support for people from the Levant to pursue higher education); Amal (funding Muslim arts and culture in the UK) and the Toucan Project.

We are an international non-profit humanitarian organisation alleviating poverty locally in the UK and globally. Providing emergency aid in disaster-affected regions and deliver long-term, sustainable support to those in need. We are committed to serving the most vulnerable; orphans, widows, and the destitute, regardless of race, religion, culture, or location.

To advance the Roman Catholic faith by the education of children in the Christian tradition at Alton Convent School, an independent school for day pupils.

The charity runs St. Vincent's Nursing Home in Eastcote, Pinner, Middlesex, a Care Home built to a very high standard that can cater for up to 60 residents all with en-suite facilities. The Home especially caters for residents with a religious background, having an integrated chapel on site where Mass is celebrated frequently, but freely admits residents of all faiths.

RBMHO exists to meet the ever increasing need of, and bring relief to, accredited Baptist Ministers and Rev spouses who need safe and secure homes in the years following retirement from pastoral service, having been in service in excess of 15 years, (18 years in churches in union with BUGB) or Baptist Missionaries who have served BMS World Mission primarily outside of the UK for at least 15 years.

The Objects:(a) to advance the Christian religion in accordance with the faith and practice of the Church of England, inparticular by furthering the mission of the Church of England;(b) to care for and conserve the fabric and structure of the Cathedral Church Building;(c) to advance any other charitable purposes which are ancillary to the furtherance of the purpose referredto above.

Provision of buildings and facilities for the places of worship and educational institutions predominantly for the Sikh community. Health, fitness and recreational facilities for the elderly and youth in the entire community.

To support the religious and other charitable works carried on by the members of the Congregation and to care for those members throughout their lives within the Congregation. These ministries of the Sisters of the Congregation, all of which benefit numerous members of the general public, fall into the following main areas: Health, Education, Pastoral ministry and overseas outreach.

To run St Mary's, a School located in Shaftesbury.St Mary's is a Roman Catholic Girls' School, boarding and day, founded on the principles of Mary Ward. Her vision and the school's mission is to educate each individual to the highest standards through fostering traditional values in the spirit of the Gospel.

To enable the Christian ministry of the Church in Wales in the Diocese of St Davids

To foster, assist and promote the charitable activities of any institution professing and teaching the principles of traditional Judaism;To advance religion in accordance with the Jewish faith;To undertake,accept,execute and administer,without remuneration,any charitable trust andTo give philantrophic aid to the Jewish needy

The main object of the charity is the advancement of the Christian faith in Africa; working with national churches in areas of evangelism, literature distribution, Bible teaching, education and medical work. This is primarily achieved through the donation of funds to affiliated missionary workers and local projects with which the charity is partnering.

The charity provides nursing and dementia care for the Jewish community in a residential setting for the aged and infirm and frail.

THE CHARITY HOLDS ITS PROPERTY, WHICH IS CURRENTLY UNDER DEVELOPMENT, PRIMARILY FOR USE AS A COMMUNITY CENTRE AND A SYNAGOGUE AND FOR PROVIDING JEWISH EDUCATION. IT ALSO MAKES GRANTS AND DONATIONS IN ACCORDANCE WITH ITS OBJECTIVES TO INSTITUTIONS WHICH UTILISE FUNDS IN A MANNER WHICH ACCORDS WITH THE CHARITY'S OBJECTIVES.

Following the religious life in the Church of England by the promotion and maintenance of public worship; the promotion of religious teaching and spirituality; the provision of personal, nursing and residential care to elderly residents.

The Charity was set up with the aim of supporting religious Jewish educational institutions and charitable organisations whose objectives fall within the objectives of the Charity, by making donations and grants available to them.

Advance education with the doctrines and principles of orthodox Judaism by the establishment of, support and provision of educational establishments; to relieve poverty in the Jewish community; and any further such charitable purposes as the trustees may determine.

Ely Cathedral is a Christian Church offering daily worship and a place of prayer and sanctity. It is the seat of the Bishop of Ely and the mother church of over 300 parishes that make up the Diocese of Ely. The Cathedral is also a historical monument, built to the glory of God, which welcomes thousands of pilgrims and visitors every year.

Education

The advancement of religion in accordance with the beliefs and practices of the Church of God of Prophecy, and to promote and assist the charitable work and purposes of the Church in the United Kingdom, and in particular to organise and provide funds in the aid of charitable work of the Church at home and abroad.
