Religion Charities

Main purpose to provide a volunteer "taxi service" to needy people to hospital, surgeries only at present. Office in local church staffed(10-12 am) ,at present only Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, by volunteers who put those in need in touch with drivers. We no longer run an alarm aids scheme.

The Fellowship continued to meet each Sunday for worship and during the week in local house groups.CB to Croatia to deliver relief aid to a local church.RB travelled to Uganda with PRIME to teach medical staff.RW travelled to the Philippines with the charity Vision for Asia to encourage and assist local churches.

Advancement of Hindu religion through organisation and participation in Hindu festivals as well as provision of recreation and leisure time of the Leuva Patidar Community. We also do fundraising for other charitable organisations as and when possible.

This charity operates within the parish boundary of St. Andrew's Church, Bishopthorpe, YORK.The aims are to help elderly people in need of financial help and support widowers.The charity distributes a small cash grant prior to Christmas.

We promote Spiritualist Principles and Development by holding Healing Sessions on Monday evenings /Friday afternoons, Awareness Development on Tuesday evenings, Talks, Discussions and Clairvoyant on Wednesday evenings, the Lotus Group one Thursday afternoon a month, some Spiritual workshops on Saturdays, and Divine Services with Clairvoyance every Sunday evening
