Provision of support to homeless and vulnerable people in Shrewsbury

To facilitate the daily care, recreation and education of children by the provision of a nursery school within the Catholic parish of Witney; and to advance the education and training of the persons involved in the provision of such care; insofar as such objects are not contrary to the advancement of the Christian religion in accordance with the tenets and creed of the Roman Catholic Church.

Regular Public worship open to all. The provision of sacred space for personal prayer and contemplation. Pastoral work including visiting the sick and the bereaved. Teaching of Christianity through sermons, courses and small groups.

Baptist Church providing worship and pastoral care for Speen and the surrounding areas.Outreach activities in High Wycombe, India and Ethiopia.

Parish Church, St Lawrence for Bovingdon in Hertfordshire. The Church has a long standing open evangelical tradition. We are seeking to encourage people to find a real personal faith in Jesus Christ and to deepen their spiritual understanding in their faith and lives.

Religious activities - enabling the growth of members through various channels such as Sunday worship, Christian Education, Bible Teachings, Family development, Leadership development, Career development, Community development, Women and Youth empowerment, Other recreational activities, etc. We make donations to other organizations and individuals.

Furthers work of the Christian Church through preaching, teaching, publishing and promoting the Christian Gospel. This is done through preaching visits by Dr Jerry Savelle, the distribution of quarterly magazines and monthly teaching letters, a correspondence course and instructional CDs and DVDs. The Charity also maintains a prayer department.

It holds regular Meetings for Worship open to all members of the public at 14 locations in the area. It supports a variety of charitable activities determined by its members in accordance with their Quaker witness.

The Parochial Church Council has the responsibility of co-operating with the incumbent in promoting in the ecclesiastical parish the whole mission of the Church, pastoral, evangelistic, social and ecumenical.

The preservation for the benefit of the public of Historic Libraries and the Mappa Mundi.The provision of funds towards the cost of erecting a building to house and display the Historic Libraries and Mappa Mundi.The provision of support for all or any of the charitable purposes to which the capitular revenues of the Dean and Chapter of Hereford Cathedral are applicable.
