To preserve the Christian orthodox faith as interpreted and taught by the Greek Church of Christ the Ecumenical Patriarchate of Constantinople and the Greek Archdiocese of Thyateira and Great Britain. To relieve poverty and sickness.

MSM's passion is to see lives transformed in the UK and overseas through the love of Jesus Christ, so everything we do is with this in mind. Overseas MSM supports projects to bring a positive change to the physical & spiritual lives of people inc orphans, special needs, elderly and disadvantaged. In the UK we run Personal Choice community project supporting the wellbeing of people in Portsmouth.

The Charity aims to preserve and promote Hindu Culture. It provides Language and Dance classes for Children and Young people and organises religious and Cultural activities which it promotes in the wider community. It organises social and recreational activities for the Elderly. It raises funds for the establishment of a Hindu Community Centre in Milton Keynes.

Christians In Action operates in two main ways. In the the church in London we work with children, youth and adults to help them to become mature human beings who can be of service to God and to the community.We also forward support to workers, mainly overseas and funds for projects such as orphanages and a day care centre for children as well as a home for the elderly.

The Quaker Tapestry is an exhibition of 77 embroidered panels made by 4,000 people from 15 countries between 1981 and 1996. The modern community textile project depicts the social and political context in which Quakerism developed from 1652 to the present day. Since 1994 it has been housed in Kendal's historic Quaker Meeting House and constitutes one of the largest community textiles in the world.

Providing Resources and facilities for the people of a particular ethnic or racial origin as well as the general public/mankind in relation to religous and cultural activities.

Promoting hinduism and provision of worshipping facilities.

We provide religious education and computing training, with open space for the community to use.

Nursery providing pre-school education for children between the ages of 2 and 5 and breakfast club/after school club for children attending Totley All Saints Church of England Primary School aged from 4 to 11.

Provision of prayer facilities for men and women, weekly Friday sermon, regular seminars and conferences.

A local independent church with activities for church members and wider community including: parent & toddler group; counselling; Boys & Girls Brigades; Kids Church; youth club. Charitable work locally includes helping the homeless and vulnerable. Additionally the church supports initiatives abroad including orphanages in Uganda and India and aid projects in developing countries.

Courses and study facilities in meditation and Buddhism. Yoga and tai chi. Visits to and from local schools and colleges. Information resource to the public with access to library. Day retreats and group for carers. Meditation courses designed for coping with depression and chronic pain. Open days and arts events. Celebration of Buddhist festivals. Financial support to practising Buddhists.

To promote any charitable purposes in particular the relief of poverty, hardship, hunger and distress; the advancement of education and research; promotion of physical and mental well being; the promotion of the Hindu religion.

Promote the religious and charitable work of the Church of England; providing extra support for all/any of the charitable purposes to which the capitular revenues of the Chapter of Rochester Cathedral are applicable, especially the preservation, maintenance and development of Rochester Cathedral.

The charity (as landlord) is responsible for providing the premises of the Armenian Church of St Sarkis, Iverna Gardens, Kensington and church hall to the St Sarkis Parish Council and the adjacent vicarage as residential accommodation.

Help to further the objects of the World Union for Progressive Judaism in Europe.

TO MAINTAIN ST MARY REDCLIFFE AND TEMPLE CHURCH OF ENGLAND SECONDARY SCHOOL AND TO PROVIDE ADDITIONAL BENEFITS TO THOSE PROVIDED BY THE LOCAL EDUCATIONAL AUTHORITY TO ST MARY REDCLIFFE PRIMARY SCHOOL AS WELL AS TO PROVIDE GRANTS FOR EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES TO PERSONS WHO HAVE ATTENDED THE SCHOOL AND ARE IN NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE

The charity's objects are the propagation and promotion of the spiritual, educational and humanitahan teachingsof the Shia ithna-asheri Muslim Faith.

Encouraging and providing facilities for practice and teaching of Buddhism and meditation, yoga and other bodywork. Offering retreats. School visits. Teaching meditation in local colleges and other institutions. Providing financial and other support for members of the Triratna Buddhist Order & other duly ordained Buddhists. Facilities for healing therapies. Bookshop. Library.

Christian faith activities for the general public and mankind; and provides advocacy/advice and information services.
