St Mary's Church seeks to be an instrument of God's blessing to the people of our parish, our congregations and the wider community. Through a wide variety of activities and services we seek to share the life and transforming love of God in word and in action, bringing to this task the numerous gifts and talents of a very significant number of lay people as well as the clergy and staff team.

Blandford Forum PCC has the responsibility of working with the incubent in promoting the ecclesiastical parish through regullar worship open to all, pastoral work, including visiting the sick and bereaved. Teaching Christianity through sermons, courses and small groups. Taking religious assemblies in schools, providing youth activities with a Christian ethos.

The objects are set out in the charity's Trust Deed and are summarized: Safeguarding Somali Culture in UK, Advancement of Religion & Education in accordance with tenants & doctrines of Islam, Charitable activites for interest of Somalis in UK, Place of worship for benefit of the Public, Youth Training, Islamic Education, Health & Education seminars, Islamic counselling and mentoring

To manage and administer the Edgware Adath Yisroel Congregation and its Synagogue and to advance orthodox Jewish religious education.

The charity operates a Christian residential centre and holiday venue in the Yorkshire Dales. Guests enjoy holiday retreats, group residentials and respite breaks. The majority of group use is for church and Christian ministry getaways and conferences. Subsidised respite breaks are provided for those experiencing a range of difficult circumstances, through referrals from churches and services.

The centre is providing services of a mosque to the public. It caters for the prayers and the other community needs for the Muslims of the area.

The Fund raises funds and applies its income for the benefit of the churches and provinces of the Anglican Communion and the international ministry of the Archbishop of Canterbury.

THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE JEWISH RELIGION, INCLUDING BY THE ESTABLISHMENT AND OPERATION OF A YESHIVA KNOWN AS YESHIVAS MEKOR CHAYIM AND BY THE PROVISION OF RELIGIOUS EDUCATION, RELIGIOUS SERVICES AND FACILITIES FOR RELIGIOUS EDUCATION AND STUDY AT SUCH YESHIVA

We are dedicated to the propagating of the gospel of Jesus Christ and to this effect actively engage in local and international outreaches and missionary endeavours.

The Forum for Jewish Leadership (FJL) exists to educate and empower a generation of Jewish leaders with the necessary knowledge, skills and motivation to provide effective communal leadership. FJL runs programming, seminars and courses in the UK, Europe, USA and Israel.

To promote the Christian faith through worship and to communicate to all ethnicities the Gospel's truth of hope and change through weekly church services.

As a Church, we do hold sermon and Bible Academy class every week. We also run Bible seminar three to four times annual to preach people who are non-believers. The members of our church therefore gather almost every evening to study the Bible to get to know God closely and help people on that subject as well as volunteer work.
