The Synagogue's membership consists of a congregation observing the Jewish religion. Its objective is to provide and maintain a place for the purpose of public worship and promote religious, educational and charitable activities. In planning our activities for the year we keep in mind the Charity Commission guidance on public benefit at our Executive Committee meetings

The advancement of the Christian faith, through (but not exclusively through): proclaiming, publishing, and broadcasting messages of an evangelistic and teaching nature; training individuals and Churches in the principles of evangelism; advancing the understanding of the Christian faith, its meaning, and sense of purpose for moral and spiritual well-being as it relates to society as a whole.

Provides buildings/facilities/open spaces to provide the Christian faith in accordance with the doctrinal standards and the discipline of the Methodist Church

Preserve and protect Newcastle Castle. Advance culture and heritage by encouraging the local community and visitors to appreciate and enjoy the history and fabric of Newcastle Castle and buildings around the area of Old Newcastle. Advance education and learning in relation to Newcastle Castle, St Nicholas Cathedral and the area surrounding the two buildings.

At B&A we are all about what we call Little Church. Little Churches are communities of friends growing as followers of Jesus and making a difference in the lives of others in lots of different ways. As Little Churches we gather together to celebrate who God is and all he is doing through us and among us. We call these times Gatherings. We are a church of all ages.

The advancement of the Christian faith through a network of local churches, as well as the alleviation of poverty through social action programmes linked to the charity and churches involved in the network.

Provides services to the Religious Society of Friends [Quakers] worldwide. These services include: making information available to Friends and to the public about Quakers, their beliefs, values and service activities; convening meetings and conferences and exchanges of visitors among Friends; providing the voice of Friends at the United Nations through our General Consultative Status.

The NLMCC projects and services include;- Ihsan Children's Centre Service- Youth Service- Welfare & Benefit Advice surgery- Advocacy service- Immigration advice & visa service- Elderly Luncheon club-Community functions and programmes

To provide regular public worship open to all; To provide sacred space for personal prayer and contemplation; To provide pastoral support for the sick, infirm and bereaved; To teach Christianity through sermons, courses and small groups; To provide Christian support and education for young people; To provide activities for people of all ages; To support other charities in the UK and overseas

SURVIVE-MIVA funds essential transport for outreach programmes in the developing world.

The Foundation is established to advance any charitable purpose and to benefit any charity as the trustees in their discretion think fit, primarily by the provision of grants and loans for such charitable purposes which are for the benefit of the Jewish community either in Israel or elsewhere in the world.

The Charity's activities include: 1. The advancement of Christ's Kingdom by faithful teaching in Stratford; 2. Supporting those working in pastoral work; 3. Support for religious education in accordance with the Christian Faith in schools; 4. Provide relief of needs and support to unemployed; 5. Support of Christians suffering persecution; and 6. Support of full-time Christian Missionaries.

Christ Church Parochial Church Council has the responsibility of promoting the whole mission of the Church - pastoral, evangelistic, social and ecumenical. It also has oversight of the financial affairs of Christ Church Virginia Water and maintenance responsibilities for the buildings.

BTCP Parochial Church Council (PCC) has the responsibility of cooperating with the incumbent, the Reverend Dr Ian Terry, in promoting in the ecclesiastical parish, the whole mission of the Church, pastoral, evangelistic, social and ecumenical. The PCC is also specifically responsible for the maintenance of the three churches and the Resurrection Chapel at St Peters Church.

ICS is an international Church of England mission & patronage agency to English-speakers who find themselves living, studying, working or holidaying away from home in countries where English is not the main language. We do this by planting & growing international churches and by outreach to tourists through our Resort Chaplaincies. Our strapline is 'Mission and Ministry in English for Everyone'.

Education/training, religious activities. Relief of poverty etc.

Income is applied to defray the cost of repairs to the fabric, fittings and organ of the Parish Church and of insurance of the Parish Church, to the maintanance of music and provision of music, in aid of the stipends of clergy, to the maintenance of property and in making grants for such religious and other charitable purposes as the Feoffees decide after consultation with the PCC.

St Mary with St Matthew's is a Church of England church.

The advancement of the Orthodox Jewish faith. The advancement of Orthodox Jewish religious education. The relief of poverty and sickness and infirmacy amongst members of the Jewish faith. The advancement of and assistance to charities as defined in accordance with English law.

To promote the teachings of the Buddha (Buddha Sasana) by:a) Providing, maintaining and supporting in accordance with the principles of the Theravada Vinaya, residential establishments for a Monastic Sangha of persons who have undertaken the Rules of Training (Sikkhapada)b) Supporting lay people in the practise of the teachings of the Buddha
