Saving of lives Charities

We provide spiritual oversight for our members and the community at large. This includes prayer and counsel and guidance. We partner with other local community groups including the police, and serve through some of our partners in local schools. Our building is occasionally used by local groups.

Following an assessment, to provide financial and material assistance to; Serving officers and staff of Hampshire Constabulary, it's pensioners, and their spouses, widows or dependants. To serving or retired members of any UK Police service with a connection to Hampshire or Special Constables injured as a result of Police duty.

Provision of emergency lifeboat rescue service approved by the Marine and Coastguard Agency

The advancement of the public in the,precepts and practice of Hinduism and in particular Saivaism and to promote "Community service through Saiva (Hindu) concern".The relief of sickness,financial hardship and preservation of health and in particular among people affected by the tsunami or any other natural or unforeseen disaster in Sri-Lanka or any part of Asia.

This Charity exists to alleviate suffering and distress caused to dogs, and in particular to the breed known as Boxers, which may be ill-treated, abandoned or neglected or, more often these days, a change in family circumstances. Where necessary veterinary treatment is provided before a dog is settled into a new and loving home which has been previously checked by us and found suitable.

Provide Humanitarian aid to Schools, Hospitals and Orphanages

Maintain the efficiency and esprit de corps of The Royal Military Police (RMP); providing financial assistance to any serving or former member of The RMP and their dependants; and making financial grants to any charity, which benefits persons or dependants of persons who are serving or who have served in The RMP.

- Running church services, holding seminars in the church with proven ministers of the faith to guide members in the various aspect of Christian faith, - Support for other charities and Christian events,- Providing overseas aid and famine relief, and involving in economic and community development- Community outreach events- Welfare support to members and general public.

KHARPP provides humanitarian assistance in the form of reconstruction to communities impacted by war in eastern Ukraine.

To help to relieve the suffering of people everywhere, regardless of their status, creed or geographical locations, who are in conditions of need, hardship or distress as a result of local, national or international disaster or by reason of their social economic circumstances in accordance with the Buddhist doctrine and principles and to extend such help also to animals everywhere who are in need

The charity's objects (Objects) are specifically restricted to the following:to save lives at sea and on inland waters throughout the world for the public benefit including without limitation:to promote safety and provide relief from disaster at sea and on inland waters;to provide technical expertise, training, equipment to build lifeboatsto set standards for marine rescue

'Life for a Kid Foundation was set up in March 2009 with the aim of helping children under the age of 16 by offering funds and equipment to help them lead a better life, also to help children who require life saving or life changing operations'

Advancement of ReligionTo advance an understanding of the Christian faith through mission by offering refuge, loving those we meet, and holding church services.Providing safety Ski Angels help people in need safely down the mountain. We are spiritual mountain rescue. We operate in Meribel, a ski resort in the French Alps.

The charity assists people in difficulties or suffering in inhospitable terrain, mainly in North Wales. It does this by co-ordinating emergency responses from its member organisations, providing a management team to co-ordinate search and rescue activities, providing training to support these activities, and representing members at regional, national and international levels.

The charity's activities are to promote and support health, education and welfare of communities. It also supports humanitarian aid when required. The trustees of the Foundation envisage continuing to support Charities known to them, and as this will absorb its available funds for the forseeable future, the Trustees do not welcome unsolicited applications.

The object of the Charity is to promote the efficiency of officers serving in the Metropolitan Police Service by maintaining a high standard of physical fitness through participation in sporting, athletic and other recreational activities.

A community swimming pool that provides swimming activities, including lessons for schools and all ages. From Lifeguard, Life Saving and other training courses, social and health activities including 55plus Club, Parent & Toddler, Aquarobics, Disability Club, Canoe Club, Ladies only swimming, public swimming and much more. We also facilitate Free Swimming for certain age groups and Familys

We deliver life long learning opportunities and youth activities to the local community as well as facilitating meetings for e.g. Liverpool City Council and Merseyside Police etc. We also run a community handyperson/outreach programme.

The charity runs various outreach activities in supporting the Albanian community in UK and abroad by providing emergency aid to those affected by natural & man-made disasters; establishing long term sustainability & livelihood programmes; caring for orphans & vulnerable children; providing healthcare, shelter and food for people in need; and supporting education.

We fund activities to provide relief of financial need or suffering amongst victims of war or natural or other kinds of disaster, trouble or catastrophe. We focus on funding a range of organisations to undertake research, development and deployment of practical solutions to everyday problems.

The Talk Direct Charitable Trust was set up primarily for the benefit of the underprivileged and disadvantaged people of Bharuch, India, but to also act to provide emergency aid following a natural or other disaster in other affected regions across the globe. Last year the charity supported other UK charities who are currently helping the poorest in the UK and Africa with donations.
