Providing support for people for the public benefit.The charity provides accommodation close to the Bulgarian border with Macedonia where a person who is in (charitable) need may retreat to focus on their recovery and return to health. This provides people with the opportunity to avoid the stresses and strains of daily life and has a period of respite from the strain and temptations.

Provision of information, advice and support to people who care for a family member, friend or neighbour with a long-term illness or disability.

Home-Start Royston and south Cambridgeshire provides a volunteer home visiting service to families where there is a child under nine in the family, with the aim to support families to reach their full potential.

The McCabe Educational Trust is the charitable partner to McCabe Pilgrimages. We aim to give something back to the many inspiring people we meet on pilgrimage. We do this with practical financial support for childrens homes, schools for the blind, rehabilitation hospitals and similar projects.

In accordance with the Constitution, the principal activity of the charity is to promote the welfare, education, social and recreational needs of inhabitants within the City of Derby who are elderly or in poor mental health. The activities provide culturally sensitive services at the day centre on Burton Road and the main client group are members from the African and Caribbean communities.

The charity will provide a range of activities to support children and adults with additional needs and or disabilities as well as their families, to access appropriate leisure facilities by delivering play activities, respite holidays and workshops to learn new skills. They operate in the West Midlands area.

Tending Eldercare provides services and care to the most vulnerable elderly residents via our eldercare Day Centre in the district of Tendring. We especially support those who suffer with loneliness and those with dementia and in need of respite care.

THE CHARITY'S OBJECTIVE IS TO PROVIDE HOLISTIC SUPPORT TO CHILDREN WITH DISABILITIES/ADDITIONAL NEEDS, AND THEIR FAMILIES, WITHIN THE LISTED AREA OF BENEFIT. SUPPORT AND RESPITE ARE OFFERED TO THE PARENTS AND SIBLINGS, WHILST THE CHILDREN WITH DISABILITIES ARE GRANTED VARIOUS PROVISIONS WHICH CAN AID AND ENHANCE THEIR PHYSICAL AND EMOTIONAL WELLBEING AND DEVELOPMENT.

We support unpaid carers by providing essential respite breaks, allowing them time to rest and recharge at Ince Blundell Hall. Our work helps sustain carers' well-being, ensuring they can continue their vital role with renewed energy and support.

The Society offers a Social Centre, Home Visiting Scheme, Shopping Escort Service, Luncheon Club, Telephone Befriending Service, Equipment and Information Home Visiting Service, and Outings.

The Furzedown Project is an activities day centre for older people living in South West London. The Project is a community of warm, friendly over sixties who want to meet new people, keep active and learn new skills. We offer a range of activities including art classes, Asian Friendship Group, bingo, computer support, Keep Fit, singing,, summer outings, a drop-in facility and much more.

Art Care Education "Making a difference by enhancing lives through art". In the gallery in Somerton, Somerset we showcase art and craft work from mainly local artists, in our gallery we host changing exhibitions, provide education / workshops for adults and children and provide an outreach programme aimed at improving wellbeing in care homes and community settings.

The Trust seeks to encourage Christian ministry, the relief of persons in need, hardship or distress, and to help the education of people. E.g. We have worked many years in partnership and support of Testimony Faith Homes in Kenya, also similar projects such as Riziki Childrens Organisation and Neema Children's Home, to promote their work and to provide safe efficient management of funding.

The Care Leavers' Association is run by and for adults who spent time in care as children. It works to improve provision for adult care leavers and young people currently in care. The CLA provides advice, information and training. The CLA also aims to challenge negative public perceptions and stereotypes of children in care and care leavers and to raise awareness about the needs of this group.
