Asian Elders' Resource Centre provide drop-in advice & information centre and a day care unit. The centre is for any older person who is 50+, frail or disabled. We also provide training courses, health & well being, social interaction, leisure activities and promote independance. Advice on pension, housing and welfare rights is also given.

Promotion of the Christian religion and service to the Community as part of the Church of England, including weddings, funerals, baptisms, seasonal services and responding to need eg food bank, homeless, Christian Aid. Maintenance of the Church (open each day) and Church Yard. Ministry at the hospice, university, residential homes, schools and community space in our buildings

Project for Orphans of Kinshasa (PROKIN) began in April 2000 in Kinshasa, Africa.Prokin is an orphanage for abandonned street children. These children receive education and material help in a loving home. They are taught about God and the way of salvation through his Son the Lord Jesus Christ. They also learn skills to prepare them for adult life.Prokin is financed entirely by donations.

ACCT runs a wide range of fun and supportive activity groups for autistic children and young people in Sheffield including regular multi-activity children and teenage groups, football coaching, arts and gaming, with sessions held in-person and online. We also run a social group for young autistic adults, a parent-carer support group and Autism-friendly activities for the whole family.

GYGYC offers age-specific peer support groups for Young Carers aged 5 to 21 who are caring for their parents or supporting their parents in caring for a sibling. Through targeted activities that offer support, respite, fun and learning opportunities, facilitated by Youth Workers offering support with their coping mechanisms and strategies to improvement their physical and mental health.

SUPPORT, ADVICE, INFORMATION AND ADVOCACY FOR FAMILY CARERS

Provides support for Churches, Bible Schools, Orphanages, Schools and relief of poverty in India & Nepal

We take in dogs aged 7 and over and place them into foster homes until new homes can be found for them. Those that cannot be rehomed due to health/behavioural issues stay in permanent foster care and we cover their costs for life. We give lifetime back up and support to all dogs we take in. We cover all veterinary costs whilst the dogs are in foster care.

Children of the Dump (registered as ASCT) has worked in the Philippines since 1975, providing loving care, family support and education to hundreds of deprived children. We currently have over 300 children in our care, many of whom have been abused, abandoned or neglected. We have a residential children's home , a school for 4 - 6 year olds and an educational scholarship scheme.

THE PRINCIPAL ACTIVITY OF THE COMPANY/CHARITY IS THE PROVISION OF DAY CARE SERVICE TO ELDERLEY AND DISABLED PEOPLE FOR THOSE REFERRED BY THE SOCIAL SERVICES DEPARTMENT OF WOLVERHAMPTON CITY COUNCIL AND WHO ARE ACCEPTED BY OUR STAFF AS SUITABLE USERS OF THE SERVICE.

The Church has members in Bicester and its surrounding villages. It runs regular worship services, a variety of adult and youth groups, and is involved with the community on Graven Hill. It helps in schools, residential homes - and with other churches supports projects such as Bicester Food Bank and Refugee Support. It supports Christian mission overseas in various locations.

Independent group holidays for adults and young people with disabilities.Holiday grants for low income families with a disabled member for a UK break. Grants also available for carer respite breaks.Carer support through relaxing spa days and pamper hampers.Support for young people with disabilities and young carers including home-based challenges, activity hampers and funded days out.

In addition to local church activities of worship, fellowship and teaching, Living Waters provides financial and practical support for various missions, orphanages and training schools in Africa, India Europe and the Far East.

We are operating as a charity run day care in a local village offering people short hours who are less fortunate to be added to a private setting.

We provide day care to older people. We provide transport to and from the centre, a three course lunch and a range of stimulating activities. We actively promote activities designed to increase and support healthy lifestyles and a sense of well-being. We support and host a number of community groups and events. Our area of operation is primarily Halewood but also includes the borough of Knowsley

The Guild aims to assist generally in the relief of hardship for marine engineers, past and present members of the IMarEST, and their dependents, by making regular grants to supplement very low incomes and by making one-off grants to assist in the purchase of items essential for the recipient's wellbeing, essential home repairs, costs of respite care and with debt relief.

The charity provides low cost rental housing to local people over the age of 60, who have a proven need - whether the need be housing, social or financial.

Whilst the charity makes small grants to individuals and organisations it is primarily engaged in providing sheltered accommodation for the elderly at its almshouse, Lloyd Court.

SPACE FOR ADVOCACY, RESPITE AND RETREAT ON A MULTI FAITH AND HOLISTIC FAITH FOUNDATION. SECONDARILY FEEDING THE HOMELESS AND SUPPORT IN THEIR ENDEAVOURS TO STABILISE THEMSELVES.

Whisper runs Whisper's Magical Children's Hospital and maternity in Jinja, providing primary and secondary paediatric and obstetric emergency and non emergency care. Whisper runs Kagoma Gate nursery school and assists generally with the welfare of children in Uganda and their communities via daily outreach work.

Always Bee You CIO provides social and work opportunities for adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, mental health issues and parents/ carers from Hertfordshire and Essex.We provide recreational/leisure time activities in the interest of social welfare, designed to improve conditions of life.Assistance with volunteering, employment and respite, advice and guidance for carers

Regular public worship, including funerals, weddings and baptisms. A weekly Place of Welcome plus monthly community lunch. Pastoral work, including visiting the sick, bereaved and housebound.Holding monthly services in local care homes. Taking religious assemblies in local schools. Sunday school activities. Supporting other charities in the UK and overseas.

We provide care and support to those who are unwell, elderly, or living with disability or loneliness in the local community. We offer day care and transport services and in doing so also provide essential respite for carers. We work with others, including our local medical practice, to enable people to remain as independent as possible in their own homes, and to uphold the dignity of our clients.
