Relief of distress and related activities.

To help elderly and infirm unitarian ministers and their families; and for the aid of spouses, widow(ers) and families of any such ministers as may be suffering from ill health or be left without adequate means of support.

To provide relief of distressed Mark Master Masons or their dependants. To meet present day needs of freemasons and all connected therewith as well as supporting the masonic principle of helping others and providing assistance and aid of an emergency or charitable nature.

To relieve in cases of hardship or distress for the the following:Members, former members and retired members of present & former TSB Banks and Lloyds Bank plus other approved organizationsDependents of members of such individuals.Dependents of deceased members of such individuals.Persons maintained by deceased members of such individuals at the date of their death.

The company's objects are to foster, assist and promote the charitable activities of any institutions professing and teaching the principles of traditional Judaism and also the relief of poverty.

To relieve poverty by giving grants to members of the Overseas Service Pensioners' Association who are in need. Other pensioners may be eligible for a grant, at the Committee's discretion, if they are eligible for membership of the Association (see OSPA website).

As per Trust Deed

The Trustees make income grants to charities in the area of Camberwell and Peckham in the London Borough of Southwark. The Trustees meet once a year to approve the Charitable donations and continue to look for suitable charities to support in the designated area of benefit.

To apply both the capital and income thereof to or for the relief of the poor and needy or such other charitable purposes as the Club shall in duly constituted meeting from time to time direct.

The charity continues to operate under the supplementary Trust Deed (23.10.2013) . We continue to support the main aims of the Trust which are to assist the poor & needy and other good causes agreed by the Rotary Club. During the second half of 2022 and into 2023 Shepperton Aurora will continue to support to local charities, organisations and schools within the local community.

To provide financial welfare assistance to those who have served in Yeomanry Regiments and their dependants who are experiencing hardship.

The relief of women in need who have been, for at least three consecutive years, members of a Soroptimist Club within the United Kingdom (including the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man) and the Republic of Ireland.

To pay to the Lighthouse Club Benevolent Fund for the purpose of relieving poverty suffered as a result of accident, disability or ill health by persons employed or formerly employed within the building and civil engineering industry and allied trades in the UK including widows and children of such persons, in accordance with the Trust Deed dated 10 November 1975.

The Trustees meet as required to consider and grant or deny requests for donations forwarded by members of the Lodge or direct by individuals or groups

TO PROVIDE RELIEF IN TIMES OF HARDSHIP TO EXISTING AND RETIRED MEMBERS OF THE LAUNDRY INDUSTRY, THEIR SPOUSES AND DEPENDANTS.TO SUPPORT EDUCATION IN MATTERS RELATING TO THE LAUNDRY CRAFT.TO SUPPORT OTHER CHARITABLE CAUSES IN SOUTHWARK, THE CITY OF LONDON AND GENERALLY AS AGREED BY THE COURT OF THE WORSHIPFUL COMPANY OF LAUNDERERS.

Provide benefits to Freemasons as required.Also to assist where we are able with non masonic activities involving other charities.

The objectives of the Association are the relief and assistance of necessitous persons who are or have been engaged in market research or related activities, and of the dependents of such persons.

The organisation of fund raising events and the making of charitable grants.

The Fund provides grants to it's members to support them in times of financial hardship, to provide for their welfare, and to support them attending the Police Rehabilaition Centre

Raising funds for local, national and rotary charitable causes.

To provide assistance to members and former members of the Institute or their families who have come upon hard times.

To manage and maintain property and monies for the benefit of such poor and distressed masons, their families, or such other masonic charities or other charitable institutions and objects as the lodges shall from time to time direct.
