Ealing Community Transport delivers safe, accessible and affordable community transport for communities across the UK. IT provides flexible and responsive transport solutions to communities with unmet transport needs. ECT's services enable people with mobility difficulties or those who lack access to ordinary public transport to live independent lives and participate in their communities.

Our activities include the following service provision to our students; representation, welfare, sporting clubs & cultural societies, volunteering, skills development,campaigning, social activities and entertainments, media, fundraising, employment, accomodation, safety transport, market days, sustainability initiatives, equality and liberation initiatives, employability.

The relief of those in need by reason of facing disadvantage through illness, disability, age, the demands of the carers role, social exclusion or adverse life events, by providing information and services to enable those people to improve their quality of life. The advancement of education to address the difficulties faced by disadvantaged people seeking to express themselves.

The provision of primary education to children from all backgrounds to enable them to advance to the secondary school of their choice, and the provision of means-tested bursaries to those who would otherwise be disadvantaged by their parents' inability to afford our fees.

The charity improves the lives of disadvantaged people by working with small charities across the UK. We work across four key areas: providing shelter and safety, supporting physical and mental health, improving life skills, and preventing isolation. We award grants, raise awareness and run learning programmes for small charities.

Activities focus on the relief of poverty premiums in low income families. The charity is building a membership model, whereby families with low disposable income will be offered the provision of a basket of services i.e. weekly supply of fresh food, to help that income go further, in return for a low membership fee. We have numerous venues across the UK.

Hospice UK is the national charity working for those experiencing death, dying and bereavement.
