The charities activities include the provision and distribution of grants and donations in support and relief of poverty, educational and religious institutions and organisations.

BRAC is an international development organisation founded in Bangladesh in 1972 that partners with over 100 million people in 14 countries living with inequality and poverty, to create opportunities to realise human potential. As an affiliate, BRAC Europe focuses on fundraising and policy influence, forging strategic partnerships to mobilise resources and advocate for solutions to extreme poverty.

We provide support to disadvantaged people to improve their quality of life. Major programmes are selected and not open to application, a regional grant programme provides smaller grants to local charities. Full details are available on www.zct.org.uk.

Support for survivors of sexual violence aged 4 and up : Counselling. Group, Play therapies. Self Esteem Workshops. Training and Consultancy for professionals. Prevention and Awareness workshops with young people. Advocacy support for survivors going through the Criminal Justice System. Outreach for survivors for who face additional marginalisation or barrier for support.

We run the Maths Circles programme. Maths Circles are out-of-class maths clubs for secondary school pupils. They aim to develop students' mathematical thinking and expand their mathematical curiosity. Participation in Circles supports high-attaining students (particularly from disadvantaged socio-economic backgrounds) to develop their mathematical excellence.

TO INCREASE THAT SAFETY THROUGH THE PROVISION OF, ONE FRONT DOOR HELPLINE, COMMUNITY SERVICES AND EMERGENCY ACCOMMODATION, CHALLENGING PERPETRATORS, SUPPORT WORKING IN PARTNERSHIP, INFLUENCING POLICY AND CAMPAIGNING FOR CHANGE.

Our vision is to make a positive impact on the lives of disadvantaged children and young people through our commitment to quality charitable work.Our projects are aimed at meeting the needs of children and young people in the British Isles aged up to 25 who are disadvantaged physically, mentally or socially.We fund capital projects and deliver operational social programmes.

Supporting of the Society of Jesus (The Jesuits) in the UK, the Republic of Ireland, Sweden and East Africa and financial assistance for students wishing to attend Blackrock College, Dublin, and similar Catholic schools or academic institutions. The provision of services to individuals and families who are experiencing domestic violence and to raise awareness of the issues and effects of domestic abuse.

GMCVO works to increase economic and social inclusion in Greater Manchester through effective collaborations and supporting other organisations to achieve their goals. We support voluntary organisations and social enterprises to understand the operating environment, to gain social investment and we test new approaches. Services include, hands on care, equipment loan, physiotherapy, complementary therapy, counselling, bereavement, a Clinical Nurse Specialist, training & advanced care planning. Services are free of charge, 24/7, 365 days a year

Age UK Lambeth empowers older people to achieve a full quality of life by providing: good quality information, advice and advocacy; diverse services and support including befriending and carrying out minor repairs, improvements or adaptations to enable older people to maintain their independence; an extensive programme of activities to help older people achieve personal goals.

Promoting the sustainable regeneration of socially or economically deprived communities in the UK, including by providing social investment in community housing and building projects, promoting opportunities for youth work, education, training and enterprise especially in such projects, relieving unemployment and the promotion of other community based projects.
