The object of the charity is the making of grants to chartable causes chosen by the trustees at their absolute discretion.This includes many medical and relief of poverty charities

Provision of advice, information, practical and financial assistance to past and present members of the Chartered Institute of Building, including their dependant families and members of CIOB staff.

Raising of funds by donation, running sheltered accommodation and making grants/donations

To support the residents of Coxhoe & surrounding area by providing activities and facilities for recreation and leisure time occupation with the object of improving mental and physical wellbeing. The wide range of activities provides for all ages, interests and abilities and gives opportunities for exercise, social interaction and education; helping combat loneliness and social isolation.

The provision of residential property to residents who shall be poor women who1. have lived in Leicestershire for a period of ten years, or2. have had a husband who was either born in the County or has lived there for a period of ten years, or3. have had a parent who was either born in the County or has lived there for a period of ten years.

Making grants to people in need who reside in Aldermaston. Providing Almshouse accomadation.

Raising sufficient funds to issue food, clothes and toys vouchers just prior to Christmas to circa 1600 known underpriviliged children living within the Bristol city boundary.

The charity provides bed linen to charitable organisations throughout the UK caring for the sick and infirm for use on in-patient beds and provides assistance to sick poor persons resident in the Borough of Grimsby, particularly those associated with the fishing industry.

The support of local and Rotary charities. These may involve young,disadvantaged or elderly people. Some may be for projects overseas especially areas of special need following natural disasters.

The charity makes donations to both educational and religious institutions and institutions helping to relieve poverty, as well as to individuals in need of financial and medical aid.

To promote any charitable purpose for the benefit of the inhabitants of Uganda and other parts of Africa including the advancement of education, the relief of poverty, sickness or distress, the preservation & protection of health, and the advancement of religion.

Helping the disadvantaged whose need is caused by poverty, infirmity or disability

Council aims to achieve the Friends' objects of fellowship and fundraising to support St Paul's often in both time and money, by promoting membership of the Friends, producing the twice-yearly Dome magazine, organising self-financing social activities for members, and making financial grants to the Corporation of the Cathedral Church of St Paul in London out of net funds raised including legacies.

The Rev. Brian Attwell and his wife, Betty Attwell, are responsible for running the St. Andrews Childrens Home (Hogar San Andres) at Chosica, near Lima city, in Peru, South America. Over 30 abandoned, orphaned, and disabled children are being cared for in this home. Both short and long-term residential accommodation is provided for children, also medical care, food, clothing and education.

THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE CHRISTIAN FAITH, RELIEF OF SICKNESS AND POVERTY, THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION, THE PROVISION AND CONDUCT OF CHRISTIAN SERVICES AND WORSHIP, PLANTING CHURCHES, PROVISION OF CHRISTIAN COUNSELLING, ESTABLISHMENT OF CHRISTIAN SCHOOLS.

The Trust is to be focused primarily in the Episcopal/Anglican Province of Alexandria but can be used worldwide at the discretion of the trustees, for maintaining and operating educational and training establishments, and assisting other organisations and institutions in advancing education furthering health, relieving poverty, distress and sickness.

The Charity funds the work of Orthodox churches in respect of education, ministry and the relief of poverty and other social and spiritual goods. It primarily, but not exclusively, serves the work of two Orthodox churches in Manchester and Macclesfield respectively.

The Trustees main areas of concern within its overall objectives are children and young people who are disadvantaged in some way.The Trust makes grants to organisations for charitable purposes, although these organisations need not necessarily be registered charities. Also, particular consideration will be given to projects for which there is a degree of church involvement or interest.

The Daisy Trust raises money by organising events. It then makes grants to charities and organisations for projects to help disadvantaged people of any age living in the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham.

Provides Almshouse accommodation for poor aged persons of good character who were born or reside in the ancient parishes of Long Melford, Glemsford, Stanstead, Shimpling, Alpheton, Lavenham, Acton, Chilton or Sudbury.

To support charities that provide help to the most disadvantaged, under-privileged young people in Nottinghamshire and the East Midlands, giving them opportunities to fulfill their potential, and benefit the wider community.
