THE CHARITY'S ACTIVITIES ARE TO RELIEVE POVERTY, TO SUPPORT ORPHANAGES AND EDUCATIONAL ESTABLISHMENTS.

Gittisham hall is hired out for various public events: Weddings, parties, folk dance club & meetings by various groups. As a charity we hold social events for surrounding areas such as Gittisham, Gittisham Vale & Honiton. Holding Pantomime, season events such as Burns Night, Fete's. These events are attended by various ages. The hall is our main place to gather in our village.

Structured and informal Youth activities for 8- 12 yr olds ,and 12 - 19 yrs olds evening. Children's activities including Alternative School provision, adult activities e.g Healthy exercise, Pilates, Short Mat Bowls Inclusive meeting place for the local community, Sussex Autism, Breathing Spaces, Sussex Community Transport, children with additional needs,young people and Carers

RELIGIOUS ACTIVITY, RELIEF OF POVERTY, CHRISTIAN TRAINING

Maintaining against all encroachment the Scriptural Doctrines of the Reformation and principles of religious liberty. Advancing the Christian religion and where possible relieving poverty among persecuted Protestants. Producing a bi-monthly magazine. Holding Protestant Martyr Commemoration Meetings, having a presence at County and Agricultural shows, and maintaining a preaching ministry.

The village hall continued to be used for the benefit of the community and to run social events and educational courses for the community. We operate an inclusive policy and wish the building to be used by all in the community to benefit themselves and others.

Funds raised to subsidise activities and educational visits for children whose parents have financial difficulty. Also to provide equipment for clubs, enrichment and sporting activities.

SMVCA currently administer the village hall facility, providing local groups, organisations and individuals with a facility to hold their meetings, classes or events. We also organise social events for the benefit of all parishioners and the surrounding area.

The objects of the charity are to apply the income in perpetuity for such purposes as the trustees in theirabsolute discretion think fit.The majority of donations are made to Jewish medical educational religious and welfare organisations and for the relief of poverty.

In accordance with the Constitution, the principal activity of the charity is to promote the welfare, education, social and recreational needs of inhabitants within the City of Derby who are elderly or in poor mental health. The activities provide culturally sensitive services at the day centre on Burton Road and the main client group are members from the African and Caribbean communities.

The charity has acted to advance the teachings and philosophy of Maharishi Guru Valmik Ji, through religious teachings, activities and events . The Jagat Guru Maharishi Valmik Temple Coventry is a place of worship serving the community. The charity has also acted with efforts to relieve sickness and poverty where considered appropriate by the donation of funds to charitable organisations.

To promote any charitable purpose for the benfit of the Community in the Metropolitan Borough of Rochdale, in particular the advancement of education, the promotion of good health and the relief of poverty or sickness. Also to assist in the provision of facilities in the interests of social welfare for recreational purposes.

The Jack Dolland Foundation principally assists the Jewish communities in Britain and Israel with regard to the furtherance of education and the relief of poverty.

TO APPLY BOTH THE CAPITAL AND INCOME THEREOF TO OR FOR THE RELIEF OF THE POOR AND NEEDY OR TO OR FOR SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES, INSTITUTION, SOCIETY OR OBJECT AS THE ASSOCIATION SHALL IN DULY CONSTITUED MEETING FROM TIME TO TIME DIRECT. THS ASSOCIATION IS PRIMARILY CONCERNED WITH THE SUPPORT OF CHARITIES IN CHESHIRE, GREATER MANCHESTER AND LANCASHIRE.

Fundraising, educational lectures and social events to help fund the collection, preservation and storage of Dorset's archives.

Raise funds through social activities in order to provide and assist in the provision of facilitiesto advance the education of the pupils of Castledon School (not normally provided by the Education authority). Castledon School is a school for pupils with moderate learning difficulties and autisitic spectrum disorders.

The Charity collects donations for the free and, in some cases, subsidised treatment of poor patients at "Welfare Hospital Bharuch and Research Centre", for the promotion of health and for the advancement of education in the Bharuchi Sunni Muslim Vahora Patel Community in India.

To raise funds to enable the Charity to meet its objectives of providing grants to any Masonic or other charity and to deserving cases in the Province and the local community.

Youth Organisation that provides educational and social activities for Young People with an interest in the countryside and rural activites.

TO APPLY IN RELIEVING EITHER GENERALLY OR INDIVIDUALLY DISABLED EX-SERVICEMEN BORN IN THE COUNTY OF DERBYSHIRE OR RESIDENT THEREIN AND THEIR DEPENDANTS WHO ARE IN CONDITIONS OF NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS BY MAKING GRANTS OF MONEY OR PROVIDING OR PAYING FOR ITEMS, SERVICES OR FACILITIES CALCULATED TO REDUCE THE NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS OF SUCH PERSONS.
