Navigate CIO provides specialist money and debt advice and financial education services to individuals and families facing financial hardship and exclusion by reason of youth, age, ill health, disability, financial hardship or another disadvantage in Somerset and Devon. Our services are predominately delivered through home visits but outreach and telephone appointments are also available.

The companys principal activity during the year continued to be that of a charity acting to relieve persons resident in North East Lincolnshire who are in conditions of need,hardship or distress by reason of their social and economic circumstances in such a manner as the trustees in their absolute discretion think fit

The relief of financial hardship amongst people in Leicestershire by: a) providing emergency food, essential toiletries, and household items to people in need and/or for distribution by charities or other organisations working to prevent or relieve poverty b) such other means, including the provision of support or signposting to relevant information and other advisory service

We empower women to enable them to begin a new life with their children in a non-violent environment. We are a trauma informed service that uses Cognitive Analytical Therapy to aid in the recovery of women and children affected by DA.

The Charity raises funds from the public for the relief of poverty

The relief of Asylum Seekers who are in conditions of need, hardship or distress.The advancement of the education of the public, and other statutory or voluntary organisations in order to assist the inclusion of Asylum Seekers into the wider community.

Active Essex Foundation has been set up to use physical activity and Sport to engage and support the most deprived communities across Essex. We are an independent charity which has been providing local support to carers for over 18 years. We offer emotional support, carer's assessments, practical information and advice, social activities and events, a strong voice for carers, support groups, and drop-in and home visit support through our outreach services to carers aged 5 to 105, living anywhere in the borough of Solihull.

The Centre for Women's Justice aims to advance the human rights of women and girls in England and Wales by- holding the state to account for failures in the prevention of violence against women and girls and - challenging discrimination against women within the criminal justice system

We are a friendly and vibrant Church passionate about the gospel of Jesus Christ and the Christian Faith. We are actively involved in our local community and city, undertaking charitable activities, and working in partnership for the well being of the members of our community, including young people, families and the vulnerable and disadvantaged. We engage in Evangelism and Christian seminars.

Nell Bank provides unique outdoor learning day and residential experiences for children, their families and friends, from all walks of life. Over 20,000 children visit the centre each year & a significant proportion of them are from the most deprived areas of the district. Programmes are curriculum linked and bring children's learning to life, whilst developing a love & respect for the outdoors.

We aim to alleviate the effects of poverty on children and their families in Manchester by offering practical help with clothing, bedding and baby equipment, and to break the cycle of poverty by encouraging engagement with education.
