WE RAISE AND MANAGE FUNDS TO MAINTAIN THE VILLAGE HALL FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC OF THE VILLAGE AND SURROUNDING AREA. WE HOLD FUND-RAISING EVENTS AND HIRE THE HALL OUT FOR COMMUNITY & SOCIAL ACTIVITIES, E.G. BROWNIES, WOMENS INSTITUTE AND PARISH COUNCIL MEETINGS, FOR ART CLASSES, DANCING & BINGO SESSIONS AND TO INDIVIDUALS FOR EVENTS SUCH AS WEDDING RECEPTIONS AND CHILDRENS' PARTIES.

The objects of the trust is for general charitable purposes, in particular, to help the disabled and disadvantaged either directly to individuals or via charitable organisations. Applications should be made by post only (no e-mails) by April and October for review in May and November. All applications are considered but in the interest of costs, only successful applicants will receive a response.

Provide almshouse accommodation to poor persons of good character by letting of its nine properties.

Educational grants to members of the League of St. Bartholomew's Nurses and Benevolent Grants to League members and nurses who have trained at St. Bartholomew's Hospital (EC1A 7BE) and are in financial difficulty or in need of friendship and advice.

Provision of relief to those in need of assistance within the areas under which the fund currently operates.

To provide eligible Southrey widows with a pensionTo provide grants to relieve hardship, generally or individually to people residing in the Parish of Bardney, Southrey, Tupholme or Bucknall. This by making grants of money or providing or paying for items, services or facilitiesAdvancement of Education, by making grants to Bardney & Bucknall towards the cost of provision for schools/pupils

The charity is available to help anyone financially, who finds themselves in distress and are unable to receive help from social service etc. Any request is netted by the trustees and if found to be valid and within the remit of the charity help will be given. This applies to any age group. Applicants must reside in the Parish of Marham.

PROVISION OF FOOD, DRINKS, CLOTHING, BEDDING AND COMPANIONSHIP TO ROUGH SLEEPERS AND OTHER DISADVANTAGED PERSONS ON THE STREETS OF LONDON AND SLOUGH AND MAINTAIN A NIGHT SHELTER EACH WINTER/SPRING FOR HOMELESS IN SLOUGH.

To meet the needs of men and women who are homeless, root-less, isolated or lonely over the Christmas and New Year period by providing meals, clothes, companionship, access to services such as hairdressing - support for organisations who offer similar schemes through the year.

Relief of distressed Old Whitgiftians and members of the wider Whitgift School family

To assist former Craft Bakers Association members and/or their dependants by way of quarterly grants and/or assistance with gas, electricity, telephone, decorating, etc.To help provide equipment.To support Education within the association and its members by way of sponsorship and financial assistance by way of events, educational tools to benefit members and students in bakery education.

The objects of the charity are the advancement of religion and the relief of poverty and sickness

Relieving need hardship and distress either in gifts in kind or grants of money.The area of benefit of the trust are the Boroughs of Rushcliffe and Broxtow and the city of Nottingham and also elsewhere in Great Britain and Overseas.

This charity owns and manages two Almshouses located in Suffield Road, High Wycombe providing self contained accommodation with gardens to elderly persons from High Wycombe who are facing financial hardship.

OPPORTUNITIES TO SOCIALISE WITH OTHER YOUNG PEOPLE AND ACTIVITIES ORGANISED WITHIN A SAFE ENIRONMENT AS PER SCOUTING RULES

The charity distributes grants to the poor and needy within the area postcode CT10. The grants are made where there is no other source of money available, i.e. grants are not made in place of benefits, etc. Income is from the letting of land and the receipt of dividends from our investments.

Provide housing for poor, elderly people.

We act for the benefit of and on behalf of the residents of Wardleworth which reemains one of the most deprived wards in the country. We provide a low cost venue (sometimes free) to local not for profit groups. We also accomodate a large number of private functions such as weddings. We provide youth clubs, a pre scholl group and activities for people with a learning disability.

Provides facilities for sports, leisure and social activities within the local community and the surrounding areas.

The charity makes an annual payment to exseafarers -mainly in the north east of england-who are suffering economic hardship. Preference is given to ex employees of The Ropner Shipping Co Ltd. The charity will also consider applications from charities with related objects.

Relieving persons in need of assistance who are resident in the parishes of Bishopstoke, Fair Oak and Horton Heath. The Charity owns, manages and rents out five properties in Fair Oak Square, Fair Oak, Hampshire. Once the cost of property maintenance and insurance has been paid out of the rental income the Trustees make funds via third parties such as local housing charities and schools.

Owning and leasing 12 acres of Grade 1 agricultural land for allotment purposes. Making grants to benefit the deserving poor in East Oxford.
