THE HALL IS A COMMUNITY CENTRE FOR THOSE WHO RESIDE IN THE THREE VILLAGES OF SUTTON,BARLAVINGTON AND BIGNOR. IT IS ALSO AVALIABLE FOR HIRE BY PEOPLE LIVING OUTSIDE THE AREA.THE HALL IS USED BY GROUPS SUCH AS THE W.I.,PARISH CHURCH COUNCIL AND THE PARISH COUNCIL FOR MEETINGS AND THE HALL'S COMMITTEE PUT ON VARIOUS SOCIAL ACTIVITIES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE THREE VILLAGES.
