Birmingham Community Association (BCA) has been providing specialised tailored welfare activities, particularly for African/Caribbean communities although not exclusive in Small Heath and surrounding area's. Since 1977 the BCA also offers & social activities, including befriending for the local community and provides a social framework of support for new communities arriving in Birmingham.
