The Holland Lectureship was founded in 1920 for the purpose of a Memorial to perpetuate the memory and influence of Henry Scott Holland, Regius Professor of Divinity and Canon of Christ Church, Oxford.The triennial lectures are to be concerned with the religion of the Incarnation in its bearing on the social and economic life of humanity.
