The North London Buddhist Centre offers courses and classes in Meditation, Buddhism, Yoga and other activities to promote health, happiness and well-being. Its aim is to develop a Buddhist practice community in the city relevant to our lives in the 21st Century.It is part of an international network of the Friends of the Western Buddhist Order, which has over 80 centres world-wide.
