As part of the change in legal status to a Charitable Incorporated Association (CIO), the charity took over all the operations, funds, assets and liabilities of Yorkshire Cat Rescue (registered charity number 1058218) on 1st April 2015. This charity had been operating since 1996.

Run the annual Dorset County Show incorporating classes for livestock, horticulture, homecraft and horses. Use the Show to promote agriculture in all its forms.

Strength & Learning Through Horses has a primary purpose to promote the mental wellbeing and education (including social and physical training) of people who are not in education or training (NEETS), those at risk of becoming NEET and people with learning difficulties.

The principal activity of the charity is to relieve poverty among persons employed, or formerly employed or active in the horse racing industry (together with their wives, widows and dependent children) in particular by the provision of housing.

Stray Aid is an animal welfare-based organization whose primary aim is to stop re-homeable stray dogs and unwanted cats from being put down. By increasing public awareness to the plight of unwanted animals, providing information on what to do if you lose or find a dog or cat, who to contact and how to get help. We are creating a network to facilitate the exchange of dogs around the country.

The Objects of the Charity are to relieve the suffering of dogs and horses, in particular Greyhounds, Lurchers and Heavy Horses. To provide and maintain kennels and stabling for the reception and care of these unwanted dogs and horses and to finance their necessary upkeep and veterinary costs prior to them being re-homed if and when possible.

Candy Cane Rescue aims to provide a safe environment in which greyhounds and other breeds rescued from China and from other regions with no/poor welfare laws can be cared for. After rescue, the dogs are brought to local vets and when their health allows they travel to the UK/US to their forever, loving homes.

The Charity's objects are to promote the interests of pony breeding and to encourage the use and protection of ponies. To promote and facilitate the acquisition and distribution of the knowledge of the various arts and sciences connected with the pony and the use and management thereof.

A voluntary organisation that provides personal development for children and young people through learning to look after and ride horses.The charity is open to all - irrespective of background or ability. Riders with special needs (including adults) who cannot be catered for through our mainstream activities participate through our dedicated Riding for the Disabled section.

THE HOLDING OF AN ANNUAL AGRICULTURAL AND HORSE SHOW ON FIRST SATURDAY IN SEPTEMBER AND ON FARM COMPETITIONS IN A RESTRICTED AREA THROUGHOUT THE YEAR WITH OTHER ASSOCIATED ACTIVITIES FOR MEMBERS AND THE PUBLIC.

The Charity seeks the relief of children in Darfur, Sudan, who are in need, hardship or distress, working with local partners to provide integrated grassroots projects identified and run by the communities - water, goat and donkey loans, mosquito nets, blankets, healthcare for mothers and babies, veterinary care, education, livelihood techniques, agricultural and environmental projects.

The charity's objects are to relieve the suffering and distress of cats, dogs and other animals by the provision of food, shelter and veterinary care for unwanted, sick or ill-treated animals and wherever possible provide good homes for them. We aim also to prevent the unwanted breeding of animals and to advance public education in the needs and proper care of animals.

The preservation and promotion of Welsh Ponies and Cobs, including Education and Welfare

The charity?s objects are to promote any charitable purpose for the public benefit by the advancement of education, the protection andpreservation of health and the relief of poverty, sickness and distress in particular, but without limitation, for the benefit of the community in the administrative districts of South Oxfordshire and the Vale of White Horse, and surrounding areas

The relief of blind, visually impaired and disabled persons resident in Israel by promoting such work of the institution known as the Israel Guide Dog Centre for the blind as is exclusively charitable.

We provide workshops and 1:1 support to those with young onset dementia. Examples of our workshops are: choir, cycling, running, katakanuing, art, walking, gardening and drama. 1:1 support is tailored to the interests of the individual e.g. shopping, bowling, swimming, dog walking. We also provide an education course to those with young onset dementia and their family and carers.

Detached Youth Work, Emotional Literacy and one-one mentoring, Family Work, Schools Work, Project Work and Equine & Animal Assisted Learning.

Stray dog rescue

To relieve the suffering of greyhounds and lurchers who are in need of care and protection, in particular by rescue, rehabilitation and re-homing, or by the provision of kennels and other facilities for their reception. To advance the education of the public in matters relating to greyhound and lurcher welfare.

The principal activity of the charity is the operation of a dog rescue and re-homing centre in Berkshire but the charity also provides financial support and other services to charities and organisations elsewhere in England, Wales and Europe whose objects match those of the charity.

Taking and rehoming unwanted cats and kittens and providing permanent care and accommodation for those which cannot be rehomed.

German Shepherd Rescue Elite was formed with the aim of rescuing and re-homing German Shepherd Dogs whilst educating people on the breed and promote responsible ownership.
