Distributes a newsletter several times a year with details of upcoming events relevant to our field of interest, book reviews, short research articles, member queries. Publishes collections of papers. Conducts visits to relevant sites, museums, libraries etc. Holds a biennial conference, and occasional one-day conferences and seminars.

The Society is a representative body of professional sculptors committed to making portrait and figurative sculpture accessible to a wider public. Its aim is to advance the art of three-dimensional and bas relief portraiture primarily through its Annual Open Exhibition and by seeking to encourage education and training in the art through lectures, prizes and sculpture classes.

We provide a wide range of services for our community. Starting with a local Pre-School to various groups such as Fitness, Dance, Art & Scouts.In addition we allow bookings for Private Hire such as Birthdays, Engagements, Wakes & more

COVO Connecting Voices delivers highly effective tailored services that address conflict, disaffection and underachievement in education. We offer training programmes & coaching based on emotional literacy with a focus on behaviour strategies and curriculum development. Work is based in; primary, secondary, supplementary schools, after-school locations, community centres, training centres.

The choir's activities of rehearsals and performances are focused on Dorking. Covid restrictions in 2020 forced the suspension of meeting together, but activities resumed in September 2021 with an excellent performance of Handel's Messiah in December 2021.

To advance the education of the public in the art of brass band music. To develop public appreciation in the said art by the presentation of concerts and similar activities. To promote and provide educational and training opportunities for new brass and percussion instrumentalists.

Activities for local residents and the surrounding communities including a toddler group, yoga, keep fit, art club, ballet, karate, heart rehab and social events. Facilities for the general public to hire for private functions and for special interest groups. Efforts are made to keep charges reasonable for local people.

Providing meetings, conferences, lectures and publications that promote a wider interest in and knowledge of the Anglican and Lutheran traditions, and giving opportunities for common worship, study, friendship and witness.

The trust supports institutions which provide musical or arts education to young persons in the UK and abroad. The trust emphasises those entities which help persons who do not have sufficient means to pursue their education otherwise. The trust does not assist individuals directly.

To raise funds to financially support Halesworth County Library. This is achieved through the organisation of numerous events such as table top sales, street markets and grant funding applications.

The objects of the Charity are the encouragement of cultural intercourse between Sweden and the British Islands through promotion and diffusion of knowledge and appreciation of the literature and art of Sweden in the British Islands.

Rowantree is a Community Choir based in Enfield whose members meet weekly for rehearsals and perform 4 or more concerts a year.

A rural youth movement where members can learn new skills for life and development in areas such as Public speaking, Drama & Entertainments, Sports and learn to conduct and manage their own Clubs.

Managing the hall for the benefit of the local community to hold theatrical events, concerts, sporting and social events.

We seek through our activities & counselling, to improve the mental health and wellbeing of our community and support them with access to essential items such as food, clothes and basic utilities when needed. Activities include craft groups, music, and youth group activities. Our beneficiaries include the BAME community, homeless, drug & alcohol addicts. We operate in Southend on Sea

Church services, community outreach events and youth clubs. The building is also available to book for birthday parties or community groups such as Age Concern.A host of activities take place at the church throughout the week and school holidays. Some of the activities are for church members while others are specifically held to encourage our neighbours in the community to take part.

To advance, improve, develop and maintain public education is and appreciation of, the art and science of music and its associated artistic genre in all its aspects including though the presentation of public concerts and recitals.

The promotion, development and maintenance of public education in, and appreciation of, music in all its aspects anywhere in the world.

Our Church, along with our Sunday services go out into the community, helping and serving others, providing food and clothing to the homeless and giving them support to overcome their circumstances.We have a community choir and hold mum's and tot's sessions. We have one to one mentoring sessions and a schools team.

ASAP empowers proactive women and youth in marginalised, rural South African communities to sustainably alleviate poverty by meeting the basic human needs of orphans and vulnerable children, developing community based organisations, training in financial literacy, developing enterprising food gardens and ending gender-based violence through activism, access to justice and victim support.

The maintenance of a scheme of awards to deserving artists, writers, craftsmen and musicians of anykind who by reason of their poverty are unable to pursue effectively their vocation as such. Beneficiaries must be over 30 years of age and be born within Great Britain, Northern Ireland, The Channel Islands or the Isle of Man and must be British Citizens.

THE PRINCIPAL OBJECTS OF THE SOCIETY ARE TO FOSTER AND PROMOTE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN DRAMATIC AND OPERATIC ARTS BY THE PRODUCTION OF PUBLIC STAGE PLAYS AND OPERATIC PERFORMANCES. IN THE LAST YEAR WE PRODUCED TWO MAJOR PRODUCTIONS AT THE STAG THEATRE IN SEVENOAKS AND TWO ONE ACT PLAY TO THREE DRAMA FESTIVALS.

To advance, improve, develop and maintain public education in, and appreciation of, the art, heritage and science of music as they relate to the hammered, plucked and mountain dulcimer families of musical instruments, primarily but not exclusively within the British Isles, through networking, public concerts, recitals, workshops, lectures, festivals, conferences, exhibitions and grants.
