Friends of St Margaret's hold two or three small fundraising activities each year - mainly for the congregation and their friends and families. The profits are banked until such time as a need for funds arises in order for the church to improve or maintain facilities. Supports St Andrew's Church, Owslebury in the maintenance of its fabric and materials

Raise money to buy equipment and sundries for Solihull Hospital solely for the purpose of the welfare of the patients. We also provide a trolley service to all the wards serving sweets confectionary and non alcoholic drinks to the patients. We also run golf days, summer fete, social functions and a sales in the hospital for the visitors on a weekly basis.

The Friends of Headley Heath is a charity which supports The National Trust in its conservation and maintainance of Headley Heath in Surrey.

The advancement of the Buddhism: (i) to encourage members and others to live in accordance with the Teaching of the Buddha. (ii) to support ordained members of the Western Buddhist Order and other duly ordained Buddhists, at the discretion of the Council of the FWBO. To this end, commissions work or goods, or makes grants to the Parochial Church Council, at their request. Raises funds via membership subscriptions, fund-raising events, donations & bequests, "Small Society" lotteries, trading activities and seeking grants.

Conservation of a library of rare books. The library is made available to all those who are embarking upon or following a programme of research.

We assist with the purchase and maintenance of paintings and object d'art, and with financial support to museum events, museum projects, both capital and revenue, as requested by the Museum Team and agreed by the majority of Committee Members. We run a series of monthly educational lectures to bring history and the arts to the local community.
