Our activities include an annual May Fayre, Car Boot Sales, Charity Golf Day, organisation of the Christmas Festival Parade. These events all raise money which we donate to local charities or to people/organisations in the area of New Milton who have made a request to the New Milton Lions Club . We also donate to a disaster fund which is run by Lions Club International

The Tetbury Lions Trust is a grant-making body established with the principal aim to support individuals and/or organisations within Tetbury, Gloucestershire or in the geographical area surrounding Tetbury. We also donate to specific charitable projects supported by other Lions Clubs within the UK and, very occasionally, to worldwide projects undertaken or supported by Lions International.

Encouraging people to volunteer, collecting food for Homeless Shelters; youth volunteer and leadership opportunities; supporting local schools; providing a community facility; social events; Luncheon Club for Senior Citizens; erect Town Christmas trees. The Lions Club of Cheltenham CIO operates within Cheltenham/Gloucester/Tewkesbury and South Evesham. It raises money to make grants to those in need , including children/young people, elderly/old people, people with disabilities/special needs and other charities/organisations.

Lions Club of Truro provides financial and service support to individuals and other charitable organisations in the Truro area. The Club donates to Lions International to help with emergency and disaster appeals. Funds are acquired through regular book sales, annual Crystal golf competition. The Lions Club of Morpeth engage in a wide range of activities in order to raise funds throughout the year. Examples of this are Sponsored Swimming events, Fishing Competitions, raffles, fundraising evenings, fireworks collection, Christmas event for elderly and disadvantaged. These events are organised by committees of Lions, and time is freely given. The Club mainly operates in SE Northumberland

The Charity raises funds from our own geographical area by means of door-to-door collections, Santa Sleigh and static at supermarkets. Selling and delivering spring and autumn bedding plants and running bookstalls, plus some smaller activities and accept donations. We give grants to cases of need in our own area, both individuals and organisations and support some national and international appeal

Organising fund raising events such Race Nights, Michaelmas Fayre, Easter Egg Raffles, Fun Train Rides, and a Loan Scheme for Medical Appliances such as Wheel Chairs, Commodes, Walking Frames etc. The proceeds from which are donated to National and Local Charities such as:- Teenage Cancer Trust, Essex Air Amulance, Helen Rollason Cancer Charity, Lions International Appeals and others.

Sight Conservation

Our policy is to give grants at the discretion of the members of Clacton on Sea Lions Club following investigation and recommendation of the Trustees. Whilst in general there are no restrictions on the purpose for which a grant can be given applications for capital projects and core funding are not normally considered. Applications from Clacton and surrounding areas are normally given priority.

The Lions Club of Henley on Thames (CIO) exists to serve our local community and those in need in the wider world, through the Lions Club International Foundation, by providing support and financial assistance. The members also foster good governance, citizenship and friendship by participating in various fundraising activities, which will benefit the local community.

Caterham, Oxted & Godstone Lions raise funds within the Tandridge DC area by organising events such as Barn Dances, Quizzes, Dinner Evenings, Music Concerts as well as collecting from the public with a Christmas float and catering at local fetes. The Lions Club supports local needy causes in their community including flood victims, Caterham Food Bank, St Catherine's Hospice and KSSA Ambulance.

We provide support to the local community and also internationally via Lions Clubs International. Our activities include local fundraising via collections and special events, a fuel poverty and hardship support scheme, providing lunch on Christmas Day for people who live alone, projects in schools and assistance to other community organisations.

The Lions Club of Dursley is a totally voluntary organisation with the principal objective of raising money to support the needy of the Dursley area, and to support other charities and organisations. The major fund raising events is the sale of second hand furniture from premises in Dursley.
