Cranleigh and District Lions Club CIO accepts charitable donations from the public and works hard to generate funds, organise community events and fund raising activities in order to donate funds to those local individuals, families, organisations and charities who are in need and also to support wider good causes and Lions projects.

Charity raising Funds via a Local Charity Shop, those funds dissapaited via grant funding or donations to other local community groups and organisations within the town and it surrounding villages.

The Lions Foundation serves the local community as well as helping people internationally. Their work with people who are elderly, disabled and/or disadvantaged, benefits not only those who are helped, but also the wider community by making communities in Cornwall, Devon, Dorset & Somerset better places to live and work. They also make grants to some national and international appeals.

The Club raises funds in order to carry out any charitable purpose for the benefit of any individual or group of people, or for other organisations established for charitable purposes, primarily in the Guildford area.

The primary function of the CIO Foundation is to receive donations raised by Lions Clubs and to distribute the income to various identified beneficiaries

General Charitable Purposes including giving grants to young or elderly people, people with disabilities and the general public. Also making grants to other organisations and taking part in other charitable activities.

The charity is engaged in general charitable activities in the UK and abroad for the needy and underprivileged including fundraising for the development/enhancement of clinics, hospitals, school buildings, childrens special education needs, alleviation of child blindness, grants for medical and education fees, alleviation of food poverty, advancement of medical research and community support.

We operate within our local community and undertake fundraising events in order that we may financially assist local charities and good causes. Some of our larger events include "Beerfest" in August, Town Firework Display in November and a touring Santa Sleigh in December.

Grants are made to assist individuals, organisations and charities within the Farnham and Haslemere areas. and to support projects sponsored by the Lions District and Multiple District, and international appeals by Lions Clubs International. A number of community service projects are carried out and a number of fundraising events are held.

Wokingham Lions Club exists to serve our local community and those in need in the wider world, through the Lions Clubs International Foundation, by providing support and financial assistance.

Distribution of donations made to the Fund by member Lions Clubs of District 105SE; and other organisations, the General Public and donors to the foundation. The Foundation Raises funds to support Disaster Relief and to support projects which meet its objectives mainly in South-east England

The Charity pursues general charitable purposes, within the beneficial area the Club shall determine and select at its discretion. Its aims are to raise as much money as possible through fundraising activities and the charity shop, to enable the Club to serve the local community, as well as causes nationally and internationally, by helping those less fortunate by making charitable donations.

East Grinstead and District Lions Club (CIO) operates in the East Grinstead and surrounding areas in Sussex, Surrey and Kent, raising funds though activities by organising local events such as our May fair, Donkey Derby, Swim Night and selling secondhand books at the local Railway stations. These funds are then used to mainly provide grants for the benefit of those in need in the local community.

Horley Lions Club seeks to provide community fundraising activities and then to distribute funds raised to those in need generally in Horley and surrounding areas.

Tickhill & District Lions Club (CIO) operate in the area covering Tickhill, Rossington, Wadworth, Bawtry, Harworth, Bircotes and Styrrup and provide grants throughout that district to organisations such as Community Groups, Sports Clubs, Local Hospitals and Schools, Scouts and Guides, Food Banks, Air Ambulance, other National and International Charities and generally for people in need.

LIONS ARE ORDINARY PEOPLE WHO DO EXTRAORDINARY THINGS TO HELP OTHERS AND SUPPORT GOOD CAUSES THROUGHOUT THE BRITISH ISLES. GLOBALLY WE HAVE MORE VOLUNTEERS IN MORE PLACES THAN ANY OTHER SERVICE CLUB ORGANISATION, AND LOVE TO HELP OTHERS AND MAKE THINGS HAPPEN. BECAUSE WE ARE LOCAL, WE SERVE THE UNIQUE NEEDS OF THE COMMUNITIES IN WHICH WE LIVE.

We are a group of charitable men and women working for and with the community, hosting activities (including a bed race and a beer festival) to raise money to support good causes. At least 80% of what we raise is distributed to local causes.

Receive donations from over 91 Lions Clubs in South Wales, Gloucestershire, Herefordshire, Worcestershire, Birmingham, West Midlands, Leicestershire, Rutland, Warwickshire, Northamptonshire, parts of Wiltshire and Somerset and distribute the funds for Local, National and International charitable purposes.

IT IS THE CHARITY'S POLICY TO WORK PRO-ACTIVELY TOWARDS SUPPORTING VARIOUS LOCAL, NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL CHARITABLE ORGANISATIONS AND CAUSES, PRINCIPALLY FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE RESIDENTS OF BURGESS HILL, HASSOCKS AND HURSTPEIRPOINT AND THE SURROUNDING COMMUNITY.

Kenilworth Lions Club plays a prominent part in Kenilworth life. It is especially well known for its much loved charity Furniture Store. Our events and activities throughout the year help support needy causes in the community and raise funds to help both local and international charitable initiatives. The Club is part of the worlds largest service club organisation, Lions Clubs International.
