Under the terms of the Will of the late Bill Stickland the Charity receives investment income and property rent from the capital sum and property that form a Trust fund. The Charity is mandated by the Will to pass all net proceeds to the Lions Club of Wimborne & Ferndown of which Bill Stickland was a member. The Lions Club is the only organisation to which the Charity can make donations.

Garforth & District Lions club operate in town of Garforth and surrounding villages. We raise funds at an annual Gala, Beer Festival and on a Christmas street collection. The funds are used in our district to help the elderly, youth groups and those in need in the area. We also donate towards international projects through Lions clubs International Foundation.

The Objects of the Club are such purposes as are exclusively charitable in England & Wales, including in particular; the advancement of citizenship by promoting the principles of good citizenship; encouraging members to take an active interest in the civic, cultural, social and moral welfare of the community; providing a forum for the open discussion of all matters of public interest.

To raise and disburse charity and welfare grants/funds according to the Constitution of Lions Clubs International and the rules of the Charity Commissioners. To be involved in community activities and projects. To be active locally, nationally and internationally in respect of the aforementioned activities.

The club endeavours to raise fund with various event throughout the year. the objects are to support local and Lion's charities. Fund raising events are in the areas of Windermere and Ambleside but grants are made to worthy causes in the South Cumbria Area and internationally through the Lions Club International Foundation.

General Charitable Purposes

Fund Raising: Help with County Show; Covid vaccination clinics; November firework display; Santa Sleigh plus other fund raising stalls at various events in the county. As well as providing grants to deserving causes within the Rutland Area, District and Multiple District Lions Club, Lions Club of Rutland undertake several community service project

Doncaster Lions Club serves its local Doncaster community as well as helping people internationally. Its work with people of all ages who are disabled and or disadvantaged benefits not only those who are helped but also the wider community by making Doncaster a better place to live and work. Grants are also made to some national or international appeals to relieve poverty, disasters or disease.

WE SUPPORT A.C.W.W (ASSOCIATED COUNTRY WOMEN WORLDWIDE). WOMEN'S INSTITUTE - CRAFT/ART/EXERCISE. EDUCATIONAL OUTINGS. HELP WHEN NEEDED TO LIONS CLUB ETC.

Callington lions club have about 20 members. These members raise funds giving support to the local community & man power to assist with members of the community when needed. Additionally to this we support various international & uk based lions appeals. eg. Flooding, earthquake & other weather related disasters around the world. We fund raise throughout the year, Honey fair, bingo evenings.

The Club meets twice a month to plan fund raising projects, and also to consider and make charitable donations to worthy causes locally ,nationally,. All decisions are made in open meeting which are properly recorded. The President and the Trustees of the Club are all Club members and ensure that the constitution of the Club is adhered to in every respect by regularly attending Club meetings.

Droitwich Lions raises money through activities that are enthusiastically supported by the community, which enables the club to provide funds and practical assistance to a range of causes, the vast majority of which are local. The running costs of the club are met by its members, which ensures that all net proceeds are donated to beneficiaries.

THE CLUB OPERATES IN THE KEIGHLEY AND THE AIREVALLEY. THE CLUB SUPPORTS WORTHY CAUSES AND CHARITIES IN THE LOCAL AREA AND LIONS CHARITIES INTERNATIONALLY AND NATIONALLY. THE CLUB MEMBERS WORK WITHOUT REWARD, ARE NOT ALLOWED TO DISCUSS POLITICS OR RELIGION. THE AIMS ARE THE RELIEF OF POVERTY AND THE RELIEF OF THOSE IN NEED IN PARTICULAR BY PROVIDING HUMANITARIAN AID AND DISASTER RELIEF.

Fundraising to fulfil the aims stated in the constitution, the provision of a holiday to deserving and disadvantages families & groups, running a minibus for the transport of the elderly, disabled etc, organising the town's carnival, marshalling local events put on by other charities & groups, holding an annual Young Citizens Awards ceremony

The club raises money for good causes, helps people in need in the local community and contributes to Lions' good causes in the UK and internationally. It also organises and helps to organise a number of major events throughout the year as well as being involved in many other smaller projects.

Stafford Lions engage with their local community to improve the quality of life of many and work in partnership with a wide range of other organisations active in the community. We also assist our international community by working to help conquer blindness, provide youth opportunities, and respond to disaster.Every pound raised goes directly to charity - nothing is taken for administration.

1.Community service - helping the community of Easingwold. For the elderly we provide outings, organise parties and deliver fish and chips. We organise riding for the disabled. We also support local youth organisations and provide play equipment.2.Welfare helping needy individuals and groups.3. Fundraising - organising summer fayres, music competitions and santa sleigh collections.
