The 1st Broughton Scout Group provides children in the DN20 area with activities sanctioned by the Scouts. We have a Beaver section, Cub Scouts, Scouts .

Scouting exists to actively engage and support young people in their personal development,empowering them to make a positive contribution to society. This Group based in Stocksfield and supports young people aged between 6 and 14 as Beavers, Cubs and Scouts.

Scout Group

Beaver, Cubs and Sea Scouting Activities based in the Stalham and Sutton area in North Norfolk.

We provide education and training to children using the Scouting Method. We are registered with the UK Scout Association.

Scouts take part in activities that contribute to the community and improve life chances. The selection of activities and experiences is based around three main themes: outdoor and adventure, world and skills. Our sections have use of a designated facility which is also used by the local Guide Unit.

SCOUTING ACTIVITIES

The 1st Timperley Scout Group provides premises and equipment to facilitate scouting activities. It is a member of The Scout Association providing adventurous activities and personal development opportunities for young people aged 6-25. Personal development means promoting the physical, intellectual, social and spiritual well-being of the individual, helping them achieve their full potential.

Activities relating to scouting ie Hikes, camping, climbing, Faith, environment, for all children from the age of 6 to 14yrs. This encourages their own personal development and instil skills that make them a valuable asset to the community.

Providing activities for all sorts boy and girls between the age of 6 and 25.

The objectives of the Group are as a unit of the Scout Association. Scouting prepares young people with skills for life, supporting them in their personal development and helping them make a positive contribution to society. Scouting takes place when young people, in partnership with adults, learn by doing, take responsibility, undertake challenging activities and make and live by their Promise.

1st Lostock Gralam Scout Group runs under the Scout Association in accordance with its Policy, Organisation and Rules. It has a membership of around 70-80 members within Beavers, Cubs and Scouts.

We are a Scout Group operating in Bishop's Stortford providing scouting activities for boys and girls as part of the Scout Movement.
