Youth Training and development as laid down by the "Policy Organisation and Rules(POR)" of the Scout association.For Beaver ,Cub Scout ,Scout and Explorers Scout Sections.(i.e. all groups)

To help young people achieve their full physical, intellectual, social and spiritual potential as indiviuals, as responisble citizens and as members of their local , national and international communities.

Scout, Cubs, Beavers and Explorer group. Weekly meetings for children in the area of Kingsteignton, to have fun and learn about themselves and the world we live in, to gain knowledge and experience in activaties such as camping, hiking, rock climbing archery etc.

Scout GroupThe Group's aim, in common with that of the Scout Association, is the physical, mental and spiritual development of young people. The Group meets the Charity Commission's public benefit criteria under both the advancement of education and the advancement of citizenship or community development headings.

Various indoor and outdoor Scouting activities (outdoor examples - camping and walking) for young people aged 6 - 14. Plus facilities for older young people 14 - 25 to also enjoy Scouting.

Education and Training of Children and Young Adults

Providing support for the Scout Groups in the Folkestone and Hythe Scout District

The Scout Group supported young people in the Handsworth area. All sections have been on camps. The sections within the group with parents and friends in May did a trip to Gilwell to experience a wide variety of activities. The group attended many parades and events. Our Youth Dev. 2018 Prog. continues and involves all sections on various activities and joining other com. groups on events.

Scouting activities for young people between 6 and 15 years old in the Ruislip area. The children are split into three sections and participate in age appropriate fun and adventurous activities to promote confidence, learn new skills and become responsible members of the community.

Scouting with boys and girls up to the ages of 16, camping, badgework, outdoor activities such as kayaking etc

The Hall is used for the benefit of the village. All village associations use the Hall, Youth Club, Scouts, Playtime, Bowls, Art, WI, Zumba, Pilates, Martial Arts, Theatrical Society, Gardening Association, History Society. Parish Council meetings are also held in the Hall, together with National Associations because of the Hall's geographical position.

Development of young people between the ages of 6 and 15 through Scouting activities

Scouting exists to actively engage and support young people in their personal development, empowering them to make a positive contribution to society, guided by the Scouting values of Integrity, Respect, Care, Belief and Cooperation. We promote and provide scouting activities for young people, in partnership with adults in the Malpas and surrounding areas of South-West Cheshire.

AIM: To promote the development of young people in achieving their full physical, intellectual, social and spiritual potentials, as individuals, as responsible citizens and as members of their local, national and international communities. METHOD: By providing an enjoyable and attractive scheme of progressive training, based on the scout promise and law, guided by adult leadership.

To Provide Scouting Activities predominately for boys and girls in the northchurch area.

Scouting activities for children under 15 in the Great Baddow area of Chelmsford. This is as part of the National Scouts Association and within the Chelmsford Scout Association District. We are governed by the Scout Association Rules and Charter

To provide a village hall known as Astley Scout & Guide Headquarters for use of the inhabitants of the area and for the benefit of the Astley Scout and Guide Groups

Scouting exists to actively engage and support young people in their personal development, empowering them to make a positive contribution to society. We achieve this through delivery of a good quality balanced programme in line with the requirements of The Scout Association.

As Scouts, we believe in preparing young people with skills for life. We encourage our young people to do more, learn more and be more. Each week, the 2nd Torpoint Sea Scout Group give young people of the Torpoint area the opportunity to enjoy fun and adventure while developing the skills they need to succeed.
