The Dragon Christmas Charity Sale is held annually on the final morning of the Dragon School Christmas Term. More than 500 volunteers, made up of pupils, parents, teachers and staff work together to set up and run a variety of stalls and activities to raise money for charity.

The objectives of the pre school are to enhance the development and education of children primarily under statutory school age by encouraging parents to understand and provide for the needs of their children through community groups.

Devising, writing and delivering financial education programs aimed at supporting schools and individuals with particular focus on post-16 students, teachers and parents.

The pre-school provides a facility where children between the ages of 2 and 4 years and 11 months can attend sessions, as selected by parents, on weekdays between 8am and 6pm. These sessions are run by staff qualified in early years education who deliver the curriculum, in accordance with the statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, in a safe and secure environment.

Provides counselling, CBT, psychotherapy and therapeutic social work services to adults, young people and children and a child contact centre to non-resident parents and relatives and their children.2. The charity runs a Family Centre serving the local community offering services to pre- school children and their families, older children in holidays, when they need it most. Services on offer include baby groups,toddler activities, family support, a community table and parents support group.
