The community hall is let for the purpose of scout and beaver groups weekly meetings, keep fit class, craft class, , fundraising activities - quizzes, socials and private lettings - weddings. Women's Institute twice-monthly meetings. New for 2017:- weekly Zumba class, monthly coffee mornings, weekly W.I. knitting and craft group. Guide dogs for the blind training, Sunday religious group.

To pursue the objectives of Girlguiding UK concerned with assisting girls and young women to fulfil their potential by taking an active and responsible role in society.

To advance the education of the pupils of the school by assisting in the provision of facilities for education and fulfilment at the school (not normally provided by the LEA).
